I have been holding onto hope for Panera for a long time. We have been going since I was in middle school so I wanted to continue to keep the good memories. However, these past few trips have been so disappointing and this last one was unfortunately the end of the rope for us. This last trip we placed a pick up order. Two “You Pick 2s” and a small mac n cheese. We placed the order online and were surprised at the limitation of ways to modify for You Pick 2s, when you can for other items. I made a few notes in the “other instructions” section before checking out. I went to pick it up and did a quick glance inside (something you shouldn’t have to do). I noticed that they had not read the notes and we were missing one bag of chips and chipotle sauce. Not a huge deal, I asked for them and they gave it to me. Drove home to my husband and toddler, hungry and waiting for dinner. We unpacked the bag and found the mac n cheese, my toddler’s dinner, missing. I was pretty upset since she had been waiting and so I called the cafe. I asked if someone could deliver it since I am 8 months pregnant and didn’t want to have to drive back out again. They don’t have delivery. I had to then ask for a refund, which I have NO idea if they actually gave me since my only two options were for a gift card or for it to go back onto my account- not CC?? I got off the phone and when we went to eat our sandwiches, we noticed there was barely any food inside the bread. Mine was tasteless. I also noticed that no one had “signed off” on the items, why even have that there if you aren’t going to do it? It was the final straw for us and we will not be going to back to Panera. Unfortunately, it’s not just this location- although I have had issues many times here- aka a very rude server.

I am a frequent customer to this Panera location. Normally I get subpar service and mediocre enthusiasm from the workers. However, this past summer the workers have been exceptionally improved. One of the workers, Matt I believe, has been exceptionally helpful. I order my usually soup and sandwich and he seems to ALWAYS be working and handing me my food with a smile on his face. Not my first rodeo. We visit Panera NUMEROUS times. Never like this one. My daughter and I along with her teammates eat at Panera when we have basketball tournaments and this time we had a home tournament at NorthStars in Canton so we went there. We never had issues at other locations. I wish I had taken a photo but no picture to share. Tuna sandwich was EMPTY and mac n cheese was two tablespoons. I approached the woman at counter who was nice and said “let’s get it right” and walked me down to the line where they were assembling. The one guy was SO nasty and said that’s what you ordered half a scoop that’s why it’s pick two. I said what does that mean??? He continued to give attitude and say that’s the portion “half a scoop”. The sandwich was EMPTY and he got the side wrong AND forgot a cookie. The other guy working alone side him said “don’t worry we’ll remake it l” and gave us two cookies for the trouble. Why is it so difficult to get a decent meal nowadays? We don’t care if it’s half a scoop don’t tell me something that I don’t care about. Make my sandwich and mac n cheese like the other Panera’s not half empty and give attitude. It was very inappropriate for the guy who messed up the side, cookies AND basically the entire meal on my order and give attitude. I really would like a manager to reach out. The team and I will NEVER use this location again

You can never go wrong by stopping here and having a quick bite to eat. It is great for when you are in a rush or have plenty of time. Just ordered a new hot, cheese and pepperoni sandwich!

I am a big fan of Panera restaurants. This is one chain where food is consistent and healthy across many locations and that is to be celebrated. I can’t say enough how consistently disappointing this Panera location is; they are always understaffed; have changed their hours without posting updates online multiple times; the men’s bathroom is frequently unclean and there is often a line out the door at peak times.

Stood for 45 minutes at least, for half salad dine in. Dressing was missing,Table dirty. Only 1 cashier at noon, with kids out from school, so very busy. Minimum should be 2 cashiers.

Super friendly staff but wow when did Panera get so expensive? Ordered a half roasted turkey blt, a cup of chicken noodle soup, and an iced strawberry lemonade. $18. Unreal. The picture is the food we got (no drink cause is wasn’t made yet). Only reason I’m giving it a 4 is the staff was unbelievable friendly.
