I have to say, this is the best Panera bread company in the state! And while you were closed, all of us were left with the surrounding areas, Panera bread, companies, other locations. And of course, in comparison because that’s what you do when you realize how wonderful the service is when you have regularly visited a particular location. The service at the other location hands-down does not compare to the service that you get when you walk in to Manchester Panera bread, Company, and I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of you your staff for all their hard work because I’m sure they’re not paint very much for their service so thank you if you could maybe teach the surrounding locations a little bit customer service can do all things

I don’t know if this makes me a Karen or not. I placed an in cafe order via the app. No issues there. They make my order and I pick it up and head back to my table. I take a bit or two of my sandwich before I get a taste of tomato, which was confusing. I had ordered a roasted turkey and avocado blt but asked for no tomato. I searched through my sandwich and there wasn’t tomato but there were remnants of tomato. It seemed as though they put tomato on it, squished it together, then realized there wasn’t supposed to be any tomato and rather than making a new sandwich, they pulled off the squished tomato and put the sandwich back together. All the innards of the tomato were still there. Ok, no problem I’ll just ask for a new one, no problem. I go up to the counter, wait to get someone’s attention, and when I do I explain everything, nicely. They looked at me annoyed and they said “so you want a blt with no tomato?” With awful attitude as if it was my fault they messed up. I felt bad in the moment because I’m not one to complain but now I’m a little upset. They remade it, but kinda threw the plate at me. I guess I won’t be coming back to THIS Panera. It’s my first bad experience I’ve had with any Panera. I guess I expect more of the customer service.

I ordered a rapid pickup with a reward. I had to wait for almost 10-15 mins for this rapid pickup. The food was good and delicious though the Flatbread was not good and was frozen bread for a pizza.

Very friendly staff! My mother didn’t receive her soup broth in time once the buzzer rang, so they gave us extra bread and chips as an apology but the wait time for her was only a few minutes! Great staff! Great food!
