I go to Panera fairly often, at least 10 times this year; let me start off with saying I enjoy going to places more northern in the world, so that goes to say that my experience at Panera this particular location was very pleasurable.
When I entered with my two other coworkers they finished and then as I was speaking to the young lady Jessica at the cash register she was so warm hearted and just very wonderful to talk to you! I think she should be givin a promotion and a reward for her outstanding service; she was able to vary intellectually and intuitively. Repeat my order back to me and she took down my phone number for my free sweets reward when she asked where my 717 area code resides in I kindly responded that it’s from the Pennsylvania Hershey area and she was nice enough to let me know that I have a nice accent which made me feel so full of joy and I almost forgot to go straight to the father in heaven for that wonderful praise that I received through such a kind hearted person! I ordered the chicken pesto and tomato dipper. I also ordered the French onion dipper with steak sandwich and the fireside chili. I included pictures below. The sandwiches are fair in their portion sizes and tasty. I very much so enjoyed the tomato dipping sauce it actually went much better with my mac & cheese with bacon on top. I also got my usual which is a cranberry loaf, which was good as usual although the fire side chilly was a bit more thin than I expected, but I do understand that Panera most likely puts most of their soups through food processors, and the chili stuck to its name by being very, very hot in temperature a.k.a. fireside chili, the atmosphere there was nice and I hope that all the hands that prepared my meal would be blessed!

Ordered through Uber eats on December 12 for lunch for my sister and myself. We had a super simple order. Very easy. 2 sandwiches, 1 Mac n cheese and 1 soup. Seems simple.. right? Wrong. The $15.39 chicken chipotle avocado sandwich had NO AVOCADO OR PEPPERS ON IT. Half of the chicken had 2 measly pieces of chicken. I have ordered this sandwich in the past and been pleased. This time it was pitiful. Uber did nothing to correct the issue, so I shall put panera on blast. For how expensive all the food is, your employees sure don’t give a rats behind about the quality of food going out the door. Congrats. Sandwich was disgusting this time. Dry, burnt in some places, and just wasn’t appetizing. I threw it away. Gave the chicken to my cats and tossed it all.

A typical Panera. That’s not a bad thing as Panera is typically good. My bacon turkey bravo and chicken noodles soup were quite tasty. Friendly enough and clean tables. What more do you want!

Can’t read instructions to save their life. I was a daily visitor for breakfast but I’m done paying for food made incorrectly and their instructions are clear but the person making it doesn’t care to read it….not really hard to understand no cheese is no cheese. Sad most service there is awesome just not when it comes to making food

Ordered ahead online, went into the store after my order was supposed to be ready. It wasn’t ready, so I waited over 10 minutes, saw the girls making the food just continually talking and laughing with each other while barely making food (with many people waiting in line) asked them what was up cause I had been waiting. The girl told me my order had been bumped but was ready? She grabbed my sandwich which was just lying there, went in the back to get the other half of my order which still had not been made! Opened my ‘no tomato’ sandwich when I got home to find this. This just pushed me over the edge. Definitely will be going to Bedford store from now on.

Just received my order from panera. Ordered half sandwich half asian salad. Sandwich was good but salad/lettuce was brown old and slime. Completely inedible. Waste of money. Panera needs to do better and check there products more throughly before sending out for delivery

I was there to pick up an online order which was ready at the time I requested. Inside looks nice. Curbside pickup parking out front. Friendly service. Located at the TJ Maxx plaza.
I ordered a margaritas flatbread. I had a discount through the app. It was good.
Update: Sunday morning , January 2023; Hey, my eGift card actually worked! Ordered a chocolate croissant and a coffee ☕. Both were okay. Service is still good ! Inside looks good and a staff member was cleaning and changing the trash ️ bags.
Returned again and had a Pecan Braid with a light roast coffee ☕. Both were good. Fireplace was nice . Staff member was wiping down tables.
Update: December 2024; For lunch, my kids had Mac and Cheese. I had the Turkey and Cheddar Cheese Sandwich with Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice Soup . My friend, she had the Tuna Salad Sandwich with Creamy Tomato Soup. Everyone liked their lunch, my son liked to dip his complimentary bread in the Mac and Cheese and my daughter liked the WiFi.
I recommend this Panera Bread.

Food and drink is as to be expected. People who work there are awesome.
My only issue is they’ve totally blocked all of their outlets, so coming to do any computer work is a dud. It’s odd because they used to have them all open, but they’ve been covered up (except one).

Why has this location Neglected and ignored to fix their entry door with it being over 6 months Being damaged and squeaky? What kind of precedent and example does this set? I’m taking my business to the Bedford location until some responsibility and progress happen on this repair. service from the staff is great. Every time I enter, I regret it. This door annoys me every time I visit.
