I give plenty of 5 star reviews but not here. Stay away from the Nashua Spit Brook Rd location. So many issues I’m going to start small and move up from there. No large cups out. Have to ask for them but no sign indicating this. It’s apparently common knowledge for those that come here frequently as multiple people went right up and asked like they knew. My wife went up and asked and was told they bring them behind the counter when the younger kids are around. Seriously? If that’s your policy, come up with something else to tell the customer. No napkins out, had to ask. Panera papaya passion green tea is a favorite of mine. Always consistent wherever I go but not here. Very weak. Diet Pepsi was running clear. My wife told someone and they told someone else. My wife goes up 5 min later and still out. She asks and the person says, oh, I was told it was out but did know anyone was waiting? Again, seriously? No fork with my order, had to ask. Forgot my chips as well. My strawberry poppy seed salad tasted like someone prayed a fine mist of dressing on it. Again, very weak in the dressing. My wife’s salad had no tomatoes when it was supposed to. Fine if your out but put up a sign. The only saving grace was the lobster was very good. Seemed very fresh.

I have been eating at Panera Bread for years. I was treated like absolute garbage and talked down to. The food and service were already declining, but this was absolutely unacceptable. The drink mechanics are also unsanitary since most people do not use a fresh cup for their refills.

I had pro and cons for this location. Pro: it’s a Very Nice Location. Good customer service. Con: The Chicken Wild Rice Soup tasted a bit off recipe wise. The Hibiscus Tea tasted a little passed due. I was Disapointed, I found two outlets on the walls that couldn’t be used to plug in my electronics. Other than that Seating Varieties were nice and so many options to take a seat to eat and dine in.

This place used to be good across the board. But corporate cutting and profit growth led to – higher prices, self-service order, self-cleaning, no water cups, and blah service. Nor worth the money at this price point.

(June 29th 2023) Ordered a Chicken Frontega Panini with a fruit cup, got to a table and finished the sandwich, opened the fruit cup, and there was a strand of hair. Went back and told them, and they gave me a new one, then second one also had hair around the cup and inside… Told them once again, and they made it right and made me a new one. For such an expensive price for the food, I would have expected to get a full refund. And I’m really starting to question if it’s sanitary and clean there.

Chelsea is the one of the managers at this location, I LOVE Panera and this location is always great, unfortunately I had something go wrong with my order today, I called to get a partial refund and Chelsea handled the situation beautifully. Don’t order the salads from this location, they are premade and the restaurant lets them rot. This is the second time I’ve ordered delivery from here and both times I had to throw away a majority of the salad. I will say, the sandwich was very good.
