A strange experience…
Received a $70 order which I never ordered .
Tried to return it but nobody answered the phone ….
3 something sandwiches which I honestly couldn’t identify ..
Broccoli soup with no broccoli
A bowl of white gloop with pasta
I’m not sure who should be more ashamed…
Panera or the idiot that ordered it
Truly Aweful
When are people going to accept this garbage food ?

I love their food but the service has got to be the worst I’ve ever experienced. Im not talking just 1 or 2 times. Every time I go here there’s never anyone at the front to greet you or take your order. As employees walk by they dont smile or say 1 min, or how can I help. They avoid eye contact and walk on by. The shift supervisor does this also. As a customer I experience this and as a dasher for doordash I also experience this. Get it together Panera. Your staff used to be so friendly and inviting. Now its aggressive and uninviting.

By far, this is the best Panera Bread I’ve ever tried. Their food is absolutely delicious, and the customer service is amazing. Thank you for such wonderful service!

Always decent food at reasonable prices with consistent quality. Online ordering and instore kiosks made it very easy to order and customize the orders for both pickup or dine in. Same menu like all locations and good quality. Also the side bread baguette Portion was good and best paired with the cheesy broccoli soup they have. And the combo sandwiches are always fresh with good quality ingredients and bread. I wish they add more varieties to their pastries and most of the time they run out of good pastries.

I went into this location to pick up an order which was already ready and on the scale. After 5 minutes of waiting I went over to the women at the pick up line and asked if she could grab it for me and in a rude tone say’s “he’ll (pointing to the guy that was busy trying to get down the line of six customers with no help) have to get it for you I’M BUSY!” She was putting cups up on the counter for customers. The scale with the food on it was all about 4 steps away fast forward to today I went in to pick up again this time asking someone else and the rude women from the previous time went over to the person getting the food for me complaining about me from last time. How professional! I was never disrespectful when asking her so she needs to lose the attitude. The service here sucks and people like that should be working in a back room if they are unwilling to help the customers respectfully.

If you are thinking that you can come to your around the corner Panera bread to have a nice meal get some coffee and get cranking at your computerly tasks in the most student friendly cafe of’em all you are dead wrong this one is not the one.

Yes they do have the regular lo-fi music you are used too and yes they do have couches seats tables coffee and same food menu. But imagine you see all of that and get this Panera heaven smothering you so you proceed to ordering your regular routine order and sit down to find out they DO NOT HAVE PLUGS so finish your meal an go

Kathy, Josh and Leslie are the 3 kindest and sweetest people my wife and I have ever met. They gave me a super fresh right out of the oven kitchen sink cookie after learning how terrible my day was. Almost made me cry. Love yall

I had pro and cons for this location. Pro: it’s a Very Nice Location. Good customer service. Con: The Chicken Wild Rice Soup tasted a bit off recipe wise. The Hibiscus Tea tasted a little passed due. I was Disapointed, I found two outlets on the walls that couldn’t be used to plug in my electronics. Other than that Seating Varieties were nice and so many options to take a seat to eat and dine in.

On my first order with this place I got a garden caprese, it’s the saddest caprese I’ve ever seen. I won’t be visiting again.

Chose this specific Panera Bread because of the relatively good reviews. I’m in town to take care of college business for my kid, and we actually drove from Lowell into NH to eat breakfast here (the only Trader Joe’s for miles is here too).

I used the app to order our food while we were in the parking lot. By the time we got into the store, we waited less than 5 minutes before our order was ready for pick up. Everything made exactly as ordered. The ciabatta breakfast sandwich was better than expected. Good size to quell my appetite after 12 hours of travel! Coffee is better than actual coffee shops.

What I love most about these Panera Bread stores (we don’t got none in Hawaii) is how you can just chill, sip your coffee and eat. So relaxing.

Sorry no pictures available. I was so hungry I gobbled up my Ciabatta Asiago sausage something something sandwich before I remembered. Trust me; pretty good.
