Had met out of town friends at the Seekonk location. It was a delightful gathering and a casual place to meet and hang out for awhile. I ordered a half and half soup and salad. Soup was satisfying but my chicken and strawberry salad left me disappointed.

It’s fast food with a Starbucks style dining area. Portions are small and prices are big but the food and drink are blah. You do all the serving yourself and you have to clean up after yourself too but they want a tip in advance. Lol.

One star is too many for this place. Spent $31.81for two meals and still hungry. Mac and cheese ice cold to touch and minimal “minced”looking Turkey in my sandwich. Never again. In general, I hate Panera anywhere and Seekonk lived up to the terrible reputation. I had a craving for a California chicken salad sandwich. When I went in to order, a nice young lady was walking up to help me when she was called away by a surly co-worker and then Miss Surly decided to wait on me. As I scanned the board for my sandwich describing what I was looking for, Surly decided to offer me a roasted vegetable something – which isn’t remotely similar to chicken salad. I found the sandwich on the board and realized it was called a Napa (which is in CA) chicken salad sandwich. Placed my order and wasn’t provided with a beverage cup. I obviously didn’t include a tip. Sandwich was good but lettuce looked old, and I think they gave me the smallest possible apple they could find. All the tables were dirty. Skip this place. So many better options for places to eat in the area. The Stop & Shop deli section is better and cleaner than Panera Seekonk.

So I choose the pick 2 option. The price you pay for these pick 2 they need to give a little bigger portion. It was the BB Broccoli and Cheese. And 1/2Asian Sesame Chicken Salad (they need put the lettuce that is nutritious because the white part in the salad isn’t. The chicken was great.

I love their salads! The iced green tea is so refreshing. In the winter, I enjoy sitting by their fire place with a cup of tea and watch the traffic drive by on route 6 while I wait for my car to be maintenance across the street.

The middle aged woman working the register with glasses needs an attitude adjustment. I’ve had multiple interactions with her and she’s really aggressive and rude. I ordered a salad with chicken and the chicken was frozen. Won’t be returning to this Panera again.
