Lots of parking. Clean and tidy indoor space. Lots of semi-private places to sit and enjoy your meal or get some work done. Music was at a very acceptable volume.
The soup was phenomenal – I bought another cup!
Staff was pleasant and attentive.
My only gripe is how pricey the menu is for the sizes/quantities.

I’ve always enjoyed Panera, but this visit was really disappointing. When we asked the cashier for a recommendation, she replied, “I don’t know, I don’t eat here,” and then rushed through the transaction as if we were an inconvenience. When our food was ready, the person preparing it placed the plates down abruptly. We said thank you, but they didn’t respond or even look at us. When I went back to ask for something that was forgotten, she tossed it on the counter. Again I said thank you and she walked away with no response. Clearly having a bad day which I understand, but not my fault. There were a few other things but not worth mentioning. Overall, the experience felt cold and unwelcoming. It’s interactions like this that make people turn away from large chains and choose local, mom-and-pop restaurants where customers feel valued. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning.

I got a unlimited Sipclub membership on a holiday promotion. 5 dollars a month x tax 30 something cents x 5 months. Normal price about 15 dollars a month. It seems like a good discounted promotion. They got 3 kinds of tea here. Wish they offered fresh Lemmon slices since feeling like getting a cold. Still enjoyed the tea. Tea adventure begin for next 5 months. Lol. Didn’t have to interact with staff but just said hi to someone to ask about Lemmon. She was nice but said no Lemmon.
Nice place to come, have tea/ coffee and get some work done. Place near shopping.

Panera bread? More like Panera no bread. This is ridiculous. Three times I have came and no bread. Fool me once? Shame on you. Fool me twice? Can’t put the blame on you. Fool me three times? You get a bad review. Maybe try getting a bigger shipment to make up for your small amount of sympathy, Panera.

This place has went to crap! The food is horrible and fastly cooked. There is a new cook apparently and can’t make soup. When I go to other locations, it’s great.. but the Seekonk MA location is horrible. I ordered the broccoli and cheddar soup twice last month, BOTH times it was just cream with ZERO broccoli or carrots. I JUST called to ask them if it was the same before I ordered online and at least they had the common courtesy to inform me That I would most likely be disappointed with the amount of broccoli it has in it today, which meant ONCE AGAIN, All cream ! So gross! So disappointing ! I USE to LOVE this place YEARS AGO! New management, cooks, staff, turnover at This location is horrible

I have been to this place two times both orders ahead and both times my orders have been wrong in the food has been bad. This time they gave me literally one strip of bacon no tomato no lettuce and the bread was stale this was disgusting I would not recommend eating at this Panera bread ever again. Outside the counter girl the service was not the best. I see why it’s not busy when I go and I WON’T be going again.

When I was at the kiosk, ordering, I asked the young woman behind the counter if they had caffeine free Diet Pepsi. She said they did. So I added a drink to my order. When I got to the back of the restaurant where the soda dispenser is located I saw that they did not have caffeine free diet Pepsi. I went back to the front, got her attention and said “you don’t have caffeine free diet Pepsi.” She said “we don’t?” I said “no. “At that point, she turned around and walked away. There was no offer to refund the price of my drink. There was no acknowledgment that she had steered me wrong.
Also, the chicken in my Cobb salad tasted like it was filled with chemicals.

Purchased bagels for breakfast with friends and the bagels were hard as rocks. Purchased them 8:30 am, it seemed they were one or two days old. Wish I lived closer and bring them back. If I go back I am sure to check before leaving.

Ordered the new steak and cheese sandwich on the poster board and when my order was ready it was chicken. How could you possibly make that mistake. They then wrap the right sandwich in front of me for a take out order instead of offering me that one so I could eat with my family. Then I’m told in a rude manner to go sit down they will call me later when my order is ready. I ask for a refund and not told I’m sorry nothing just rude service. That’s why I didn’t trust them to remake my order. I was giving the worst attitude and didn’t trust my food. My wife ordered a salad and it was missing the dressing and half the ingredients listed on the salad. Place is horrible!

One star is too many for this place. Spent $31.81for two meals and still hungry. Mac and cheese ice cold to touch and minimal “minced”looking Turkey in my sandwich. Never again. So surprised since I have eaten at Panera’s before and it was so much better. Now going somewhere else to get more to eat.
