I came in here for lunch on a Saturday and had the lemon pepper big zax meal and it was DELICIOUS!!!! I was greeted with a warm and inviting hello when I first walked in and the staff was very friendly even the manager gave me a little background on their process for making the coleslaw ☺️

Time and time again I support this Zaxbys simply because the extreme closeness and time and time again I’m highly disappointed in the service and food. But after today I’ll never give this place another penny. I’ve had multiple remakes and their ID policy for app users is a constant bother. My sick mother loves Zaxbys so I’m always getting it for her. She wanted to try the chicken finger taco today and within 5 min of arriving home the bag was soaked with sauce to the point the bag ripped with light handling. Just to open the mess of a taco which might as well had been a zalad in a hot dog container. I’ll drive to hwy 78 before i ever return to this location again.

Today I purchased a meal from Zaxbys, and unfortunately, the quality was far below expectations. The fries were undercooked and excessively greasy, which greatly affected the taste and overall experience. I believe it is unacceptable to receive a product in such condition, and I hope measures will be taken to improve the preparation and quality of the food.

I ordered two chicken dinner plates but got two coleslaws instead. Then I reordered two chicken finger plates and got 10 fingers and 7 long pieces of hair. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’m never ordering Zaxby’s through Uber Eats again.

I go to this location often because its the closest store around me.
They’re rude at the drive thru and all around customer service is extremely poor. They dont say thank you.
They never have sweet tea, and often substitute with unsweetened tea without asking.
One time an employee spilled tea on my arm passing it to me through the drive thru window. They didn’t apologize.
They dont care to put extra sauce in the bag when you PAY FOR IT
Sometimes they only give you 2 chicken strips in a big zax snack, like counting to 3 is a difficult task.
And why is the food never actually hot??
Overall, EVERY time I’ve been to this location, they have the same attitude, inconsistency, and cold food.

I just left this location and unfortunately it was a pleasant one. Of course the girl at drive thru didn’t give me my receipt, zax sauce or napkins. Could be she was having a bad day, but didn’t greet me or anything. Ugh

I ordered a family pack online (20 fingers, 2 small fries, 4 pieces of toast). It only allowed me to choose 4 dipping sauces for 20 wings. When I went in, there was 1 person placing their order. I stood behind him, next in line, but the person behind the counter turned his back to me, stepped closer to their kitchen window, and began a conversation with a female employee. After a couple of minutes, I said “Excuse me, can someone let me know if the order I placed online is ready?” They took the receipt I printed, said my name, and then he disappeared to the back. She proceeded to take another customer’s order, and gave another customer their food. I asked again if she could check on my order that should have already been prepared. She said the order (she just gave out) had been placed a while ago. I said so was mine. I handed her my receipt again and she said oh, it is ready; it had been bagged and was sitting on their counter the entire time. On another visit, I ordered a 4-piece dinner w/no toast, fries & Cole slaw. The bag was sealed so I didn’t open until I got home. Recommend you check before leaving the counter! I had two pieces of toast and no slaw! They did remake my order the following day; however, that meant that someone else got Cole slaw and not the 2 pieces of toast they ordered! They really need to start cooking the fries longer!

I gave them a second chance but man this sucks ; i paid for extra sauce and I got to my job and no sauces where put in. I used to love zaxbys salad would give good portion too and never minded the drive; but is been twice and the portions are not great as before and have forgotten my sauces after verifying if the sauces where there.

Fries are waxy and tough. Tenders are dry, stringy and chewy.
The straws are too long for the cups they use.
A kid has to stand up to drink from the straw that’s three times the height of the kid’s cup.
Oh yeah, lemon pepper wings. Please season the wings thoroughly, peices have little to no seasoning on them.

Visited 11-13-2024. Always on point with excellent customer service. My food was delicious the chicken served hot and the salad was perfect.
