Be cautious when ordering from the Plainville location ! Every . Single . Time we place an order, it’s missing something. Despite several complaints through the app, and the manager reassuring they will take care of it… nothing changes. They’re clearly incapable of quality checking the order against the receipt.

Quit penera right in a plaza with stop and shop , the portion size is good , and service decent , only complaint is it looks like no one really cleans the tables trash was left on quiet a few but overall good experience

Had hair in my food and the lady who put it out kept flipping her hair! I got a full refund and new food, but the lady didn’t even say sorry the front end people had to do it for her! Tis the season, I won’t be back! Even if I got a refund, a new meal!

Nice place and family atmosphere! With the self service pager service I always get my order before… If you have not tasted Mac and cheese with bacon, you have to try it! It’s the best I’ve ever eaten. My favorite place ever!

Really wish I could leave 0 stars… while waiting for my food I watched a female worker handling cooked bacon with gloves then use the same gloved hands and rested them on a trash barrel and then continued to touch the same cooked bacon with the same gloves that touched the trash can. Super series health concern………

I like to eat at this PB whenever I go to wrentham shopping mall. It is nice for a quick bite and you can actually find healthy options. Outside tables are available which is nice. It looks like their portions were a little bit smaller than before. I am not sure if this is a general thing about PB or specific to this location.

I went at just after 11am today and the cashier was a very respectful and kind young man. He took care of all of my needs and even ask if I wanted my cookie warmed up which is something I never knew they allowed. The food was also amazing. I have been to many locations but this one had some of the best food and the best looking to. It wasn’t sloppy but nice and neat and put together. The man that handed out my food also did a fantastic job. He plated everything very well and the customer service was off the charts. Honestly made my day going to Panera and it was worth the drive even in the terrible weather. 10/10

I had a bowl of mac n cheese which was flavorful creamy and hot. Tasted good which came with a fresh piece of bread. My only negative was the price, 9.99 seemed high.

I have to edit this review, since I wrote the below, they really have improved their breakfast sandwiches SIGNIFICANTLY. The last few times I’ve gone have been absolutely perfect, even with an over easy egg. So moved up from 2 to 4 stars. Great work guys, even when I know you’re hurting for staff.

I’ve gone to this Panera for years and have watched it steadily decline, though I think that goes for all Panera’s, is basically a fast Applebee’s at this point. This is the third time this has happened to me in the last few weeks which is the only reason why I’m posting because I’m so unbelievably frustrated that I pay so much money for terrible food. I’ve gotten my breakfast sandwich wrong the last few times I have ordered. I get the same sandwhich every time. This one didn’t even have bacon on it. The previous times the eggs were scrambled (I get over easy) or the bread would be wrong. I know the hiring market is rough, but these were problems long before that. The below photo is what I opened up for a bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta.
