This particular Panera location used to be much more consistent but there is not once in the last several months that my order has been correct. Ordered from the app, in person or delivery and every single time it is wrong. The most common mistakes are salads that are supposed to have chicken has zero, this is not an addition this is an order that comes with chicken. The second most common mistake is no avocado which is extremely frustrating because it is an extra which also means it costs more. Have filed more than one complaint with management and have heard back 1 time about 1 issue.

I’m slow to technology so I tried waiting to order with someone before reluctantly using the tablet. But now that I’m hip to the app I will order before I go next time. Love the egg white spinach breakfast sandwich and the new Tikka Masala soup is currently my favorite thing on the planet right now!!! It is SO good!!!

I like to eat at this PB whenever I go to wrentham shopping mall. It is nice for a quick bite and you can actually find healthy options. Outside tables are available which is nice. It looks like their portions were a little bit smaller than before. I am not sure if this is a general thing about PB or specific to this location.

Nice place and family atmosphere! With the self service pager service I always get my order before… If you have not tasted Mac and cheese with bacon, you have to try it! It’s the best I’ve ever eaten. My favorite place ever!
