3/2023 – We came to try the new sandwiches. We got the both customized. Their was nothing on the packaging letting us know the difference between the two.

Most of the drink machines weren’t working, everything was messy and they’ve raised their prices so much. Not thrilled I paid $3.49 for a small fountain drink and then nothing I wanted was even working. I’m sure the staff is working hard but this location is always kind of janky

Fabulous customer service here!!! Nee, Maria and Nina really know how to make the customers feel welcome. These ladies are fast, efficient, welcoming. Maria remembers customer names and reminds folks of rewards. Nee is very kind and professional. It’s a pleasure dining here or getting takeout due to this great team who work here. Managers are are very helpful and accomodating. It gets very busy during lunch. Plenty of parking but alot of traffic, so def go slowly.

Was excited going to Panera for lunch as I don’t have one near me and like their broccoli soup. That changed as I waited in line to order. The store is over run by takeouts and unsupervised middle school kids. I love them both, but the store can’t handle the volume of both. Was going to eat there but left with my ok $8 soup and the other delivery people. I wouldn’t go to this store if you wanted to relax.

Just terrible service, I ordered multiple times for delivery and they just can’t get the orders right. The food is missing items and when I called the restaurant to complain, the manager offered me a $10 gift card which my husband picked up and when we finally used the $10 gift card it had $0 balance. Strongly recommend that customers use a different Panera.

When I see all the reviews here, I am convinced that the manager at that store should instead stay home than bother people. To the useless manager: Please quit your job and stay home. You are not made for that.

Date of review is today: Nov. 20,2022. Absolutely, insanely inaccurate and very very poor management. We paid for two take-out breakfast sandwiches each with sausage, egg and cheese, 2/or 3 weeks ago. When I got home, we found that one sandwich didn’t have sausage “oh well, we said, it happens, they were very busy” – this morning I went for the same breakfast order, and I told Jen, the short manager with eye-glasses, who took the order at the cash register, about what happened last time and to make sure the staff preparing the sandwiches would not miss anything – she said she would tell them. As I was waiting I also told the staff preparing the order about it. What you know? When I got home there was a sandwich without sausage, the funny or evil part about all this, is that my wife likes her sandwich on brioche, and I prefer an everything bagel, well, they always miss the sausage on the brioche sandwich, so I am not sure if there is a streak of meanness with Jen and her staff or they are completely brain challenged! I realized that if I didn’t choose at least a gold star, I couldn’t publish the post, so, unfortunately they get one gold star. But Google shood give customers the ability to choose between gold stars and black holes!!!!!!!

I ordered a mac and cheese from a kiosk a little before 11AM, unsure if it was too early for them to be serving it, but since it went through on the machine I thought, okay, they must be offering it now then. My friend and I were planning on a quick stop, so once it got closer to 10 minutes of us waiting, I asked someone working on the food if it was too early for the mac and cheese. She said something along the lines of, ‘Oh yeah, it is, but I can get it started now,’ after she had already had the order for some time. Why hadn’t she told me that once she received the order, that it was too early, or dropped the mac and cheese anyways, if she was offering now to do it? I told her, no, thank you, I appreciate it, but we are on a time crunch, so I’ll just see if they can do a quick refund at the front. I was told at the front that, they’d have to find a manager to do the refund (expected), there seemed to be no managers around, the kiosk refunds are complicated… offered to write me a free mac and cheese coupon on receipt paper to redeem for another time… just weird, honestly. I felt so uncomfortable, and like I was asking a crazy request to get my money back. My friend and I were in a rush, otherwise I would have tried harder to see a manager or ask them to make the mac and cheese anyways… though at that point I had lost any desire for it. I feel for the girl because she had to be in high school or close to that age, and I worked at this same location as a high schooler ten years ago! It’s sad to see that not much has changed, super disorganized, workers are totally burnt out and unsupported… and for what? Getting minimum wage for serving over priced cafeteria food. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not above the food, obviously, but come on… It’s sad to see people that are actually doing the work, being paid the least, be this stressed out because of management and corporate dysfunction… and the customer footing the bill as well! It’s crazy. Anyways, I’m typing into the void, I’m doubtful this will help my situation at all, but after multiple phone calls with no answer, I figured this is at least an outlet to document this strange occurrence. Noted for next time that, more often than not, it’s not worth it to stop at this Panera, or frankly any. Hopefully this place shuts down at some point and something actually good can take its place.

Stop taking mobile orders if you can’t take care of your customer standing in front of you waiting 30 minutes!
