Got myself Vanilla flavored, but it is the best Vanilla I’ve ever tasted! The store was clean and pretty much empty (visited when the weather was cold and rainy). And unfortunately because of Covid, they can’t do samples. Parking was easy peasy. It’s a fabulous ice cream chain!

Ordered the chocolate chip cookie dough cup. It was really good and better than the ones sold at stores. The only downside I found is that many flavors were not available or sold out at mid afternoon and that was a bit disappointing.

This is a family friendly ice cream shop, featuring fancy flavors of ice cream cones. It is also community supportive. We have just visited this shop on its annual free cone day. Other than a free scoop of tasty ice cream, we had a chance to donate and support community activities. Kids are excited helping others. It was a meaningful trip besides delicious ice cream cones.

I ordered an ice cream cake for the first time from Ben & Jerry’s online and went for pick up. The ice cream cake was yummy. Will keep coming back for more on special occasions. Thank you.

Wonderful establishment! Google says they close at 10pm but they actually close at 9pm.
We showed up a few minutes after 9pm, while they were in the process of putting up the “closed” sign, and the employees were nice enough to let us in and take our orders. I should note that we were a party of 7 so they definitely could have turned us away and we would have understood. But they didn’t! Their service was courteous and quick then we were on our way so they could finish closing while we enjoyed our ice cream.
S/o to whoever was working the night shift at Ben & Jerry’s on 9/7/24! They deserve all of the praise!

The ice cream was yummy and just as expected. 3 stars because the service was lacking. The teen worker who took my order did his job by giving us samples and taking our order. However, once we paid he left and headed to the back to chat with the other worker. The tip part of the screen was still on and this part of the transaction wasn’t even complete. What if I wanted a receipt? The kid just left! While I understand the apathy, it was enough to turn me off and now the next time we want ice cream, we’ll probably just go to baskins, which is closer to our place.
