I ordered bagels a day in advance to make sure there wouldn’t be issues and that I could get the flavors I liked. When I arrived at my assigned “rapid pickup time” they hadn’t even started my order. They were out of all but 2 flavors of bagel, neither of which I liked, and didn’t even have enough bagels to give me. Never trusting Panera again.

Won’t be coming back here especially for this location. Ordered a fontega chicken sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. The chicken’s texture was like flip flops slippers, the broccoli cheddar was nothing but water w-a-t-e-r so disgusting. Customer service is always rude of course.

So this is the portion size not for a small $5.59 bowl of the broccoli cheddar. I asked someone working where the rest of it was and they said all the food comes pre packaged now, so they don’t decide how much. So they don’t even make this food on location anymore, the price went up, and the utensils I was given weren’t even cleaned properly. My silverware felt and looked dirty and the plates did as well. I’m sad to say this will be my last time at this location and probably at a Panera Bread in general. It’s just not worth it. I hope this helps people deciding whether or not to go make that choice.

I wanted to update my review since it’s been two years: I’ve given this place a few chances here or there. Everytime it’s been a regret. Today they sent me a sandwich on the wrong bread with a hole in it (they were out of all kinds of white bread somehow). Management doesn’t seem to care and the food is worse every visit.

Thank you for making me NOT want to eat my lunch. Rotting lettuce, no bacon pieces, only half the egg, and very little avocado (what is there is browned and has the peel still on). Bravo. Guarantee if I had chosen to eat there I would not have been served such scraps that belong in the garbage. But that is exactly where they are going.

I come to this store regularly. Regularly enough that staff at the counter know the orders of both my kids and myself. Over years I’ve never been so belittled by a member of the management staff as I have today. I have been making a simple observation that having all available sweeteners near iced tea is probably better than having mayonnaise, salt, and pepper there. I was verbally accosted in front of customers and staff. Told that if I need a specific sweetener I should a ask staff behind the counter. So I asked this gentleman since I’m walking with a cane right now, let’s pretend I’m in a wheelchair. I have to navigate through customers or interrupt a busy employee to get something that should be readily available? Answer corporate told us to set it up this way, no they didn’t. 1) if they had all stores would be that way. 2) I called.
