This was me & my mom’s first time eating at This Panera Bread location. We came here for lunch on Tuesday 10-14-2025 , before going to see a movie, the food was really good service was extremely quick! I ordered the Autumn Squash Soup / Bread bowl and my mom ordered the French Onion Soup Bread Bowl , we both devalered our food.We love their green tea, passion fruit papaya, drink.It’s one of our go too’s . Nice locations, large inside service is good clean . We love Panera Bread! Will most definitely come back to this location in the near future sometime ! I hope they keep the autumn squash bowl through the holidays.

I never write reviews for large chains, because my expectations are very curtailed. But, this cannot be left alone. Used the men’s bathroom and went to wash my hands, and this is what the soap was in?! At least I think it’s soap. Im a local foodservice business owner and I cannot understate how appalling this is. This is completely against health code and disgusting. It almost guarantees no one is washing their hands when leaving the bathroom and I only pray the male employees are. Not cool guys. For a restaurant that has 100s of locations, this is an easy fix. Most chemical vendors will fix this for free and immediately. This is just clear laziness from management/ownership. Figure it out guys.

A busy Saturday evening and there were lots of happy diners here at this Panera location. It was great to observe the cook staff as they went about their work! The camaraderie and teamwork were fun to watch and you can see that they LOVE cooking for people! The food was delicious, the place was clean and bright and everybody was happy to be there! Also– the new items on the menu (pepperoni & mozzarella baguette) were in such high demand that they ran out of baguettes.

Awful! I ordered a small and a large chicken noodle soup. By the time I got my order, the two volumes looked the same- I grabbed a Togo cup and measured it…….. identical to each other (half the Togo cup)! I got the manager who agreed and to brought me another Togo cup (full to the top)— so sharing that their is obviously no consistency. When I ordered they said they didn’t have any bread for sides, another customer went up to the counter and they asked for bread— they got it! I also ordered the new chicken sandwich with pickle chips—- I literally got the most dry sandwich and their was one small pickle chip with only crumbs! Really really disappointing visit to spend $41!!!

cozy place with good food. salads, sandwiches, mac and cheese, and the bread have all been great. although if you’re a adult ordering the mac and cheese you may need two- even the large mac and cheese feels like just a kids size. if your kid is above 4 then don’t get the minuscule kids mac!! pastries also good.

service hasn’t been great- we didn’t get a spoon for the mac or salad dressing. we politely asked for both and the woman says “they should be there.” and clearly they were not, so we said that. she again persists that they are there… not the kindest.

I had terrible experience at Panera Millbury. I ordered 2 full chipotle avocado melt sandwiches in Millbury Panera, and the order was taken by manager Kyle. Also, the receipt is not clear and I can barely see the order I placed (receipt added to photo). First, i was given bacon chicken sandwiches instead of chipotle avocado sandwiches. I then spoke to the manager Kyle and told him that I cannot eat Bacon, as it’s against our religion. He said that they can reprepare, but gave grilled chicken sandwiches instead of chipotle avacado melt the second time. When I spoke to the manager again, he was rude and not helpful and said that he couldn’t do anything. I returned the sandwiches back to him not having a single bite and didn’t receive any refund. If the receipt was clear I would have verified my order. It was the mangers fault for taking incorrect order and giving an unclear receipt, and still he was not helpful. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place.

Placed online order for lunch. Left work to pick it up once the app stated it was ready. It still wasn’t ready yet. Took a total of 52 minutes from order placed to receive my sandwich. The taste was not worth it. Plus the employee said he has to help the people actually there first! My time & money has been wasted.

I’ve visited this Panera many times and the quality of food and service is hit or miss. Today, my cashier was quite pleasant however the remainder of the staff was not. They did nothing to upset me, they just don’t realize that in service one shouldn’t pick and choose which customers you greet or are friendly to… they should be friendly to all. I placed my order to dine in. I proceeded to the pick up area where I patiently waited. After having waited for 12 minutes, while watching 7 other people place orders after me and they receive their meals before me, I asked if mine would be ready soon. The woman asked what I ordered. I said 2 bowls of Mac and cheese… that was all. She went directly to a microwave (not sure your technical term, retrieved the pouches, placed them in a bowl and put the dishes on the counter. No apology for forgetting. No, “here you go”. Just a silent stare and then she walked away. As if perhaps I was the problem? I know… the audacity of me inquiring politely about my meal. So I sat with my son, and we begin to eat. The pasta was intensely soggy, I assume because it was in the heated pouches too long. We did not approach the leader about the issue, as I didn’t want a free cookie to fix the problem and I didn’t have time for it to be remade. My hope is that someone reads the review and is in a position to address the inequality of service at this location. I wouldn’t have been so annoyed if the staff were at least pleasant all around… mistakes do happen and I could live with $9.29 soggy mac and cheese if I weren’t made to feel like a burden to the staff as well. Also, perhaps change the serving bowl size for the large mac and cheese… this looks sad and this is precisely how I was served. Not a single bite had been taken. Whole heartedly feel robbed looking at this dish. Use smaller serving bowls

$14 for the “stacked” Chicken Green Goddess Caprese Melt. Their sandwiches are 90% bread. This Panera is so dirty. Every area has food scraps, trash, spills. Nowhere clean to sit.
