I wanted to like this place, to enjoy my lunch. We were some of the first customers in and I had visions of freshly cooked food to choose from. I habitually get an assortment of chicken – General Tso’s, Sesame Chicken, etc. Unfortunately it was all either room temperature or even cold. It did not taste fresh. The soup was good, the green beans, the fish. But most of my meal was subpar.
The wife was happy with her coconut shrimp but some of the other items, like the boiled shrimp, were not so good she related to me.
I had high hopes for this place but it was a disappointment.

I’ve given Panda Palace several chances because I really wanted to like this place, but after my most recent visit, I won’t be coming back. I went during lunch, and the food on the buffet was cold — not just lukewarm, but genuinely cold. That’s disappointing and honestly concerning.
I’ve been here multiple times before and had mixed experiences, but this visit sealed it for me. When you’re paying for a hot lunch buffet, the expectation is that the food will actually be hot and fresh.
Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it based on my experience.

Use to visit a lot back in the day but slowly not visiting as much anymore. Its hit or miss and the last 2 times I have been there we have had an issue. Just be careful. My friend found some metal in his food.

I wish I can do zero stars!!! DO NOT EAT HERE. they have two fruit in clothes bins. No salad bar. And the waiter stood around after we got our receipts and asked if the service was good and if we were going to tip

It’s a value focused all you can eat Chinese buffet. Food is affordable, you have dozens of options, and food is good. It’s $14.99 for an adult on a Friday afternoon ($9.99 for children ages 8-10, and $6.99 for children ages 3-7) with specialty drinks being extra. You can also make a to-go plate for $14.99.
The restaurant is not high end dining with luxury ingredients nor have high end decorations, and shouldn’t be rated to that degree. The buffet price is the best value in the area for a decent dinner.

Pretty Neat
The food is good, hot, & fresh. But I told the waiter to hold off on bringing my drink until I get back to the table. Ask me how she brought my drink to the table while I was fixing my plate. I went over there & asked her to get my drink & can you please hold it until I sit down. Ask me how she left it there, right on the table. But when I got to the area where they fix the drinks. I told them, to give me another drink & she got an attitude about it. But I meant what I said. I watched them fix it. Then they tried to bring me my drink after I was almost done eating. Ask me how I left it right there. Like I don’t know that’s the same drink they tried to give me at first. Now I gotta go… Byeeee!

This place looks like they just took over a retail store and changed it around a bit.
The service stunk, was horrible, bad, didn’t compute. I don’t know if they were understaffed, but they certainly didn’t have a handle of the customers they had.
There was a lot of cussing and bad mouthing going on from the staff, I understood it just clearly, I guess they were assuming others do not translate.. wild. Well I had to finally just get my own refill on top of that, why? Because we had been there for a moment all of us with drinks empty. Not a single time did the server drop a refill off, not checking in, but was certainly sure enough to drop off the check.
TLDR: Don’t go here, save your money, service was lousy, and if service is lousy, I don’t want to know what other poor standards they hold themselves to from the food to the back of house. If you can’t present yourself in the front of the house that’s just a good reflection of how lax things are in the back. Look for another buffet.

Really just a disappointing experience other than the service, the male waiter was extremely good at his job. The hostess was rude, barely spoke to us, she seated us and harshly asked for our drinks. She nearly ran into us several times. Didn’t even say hello when we came through the door. All the food was either cold or overcooked, sushi was ok. The meats were very underwhelming and the cups had food in them floating around in the drink. Felt hungry after eating a single bite of everything I got in my first plate. Left hungry because I refused to go back for seconds. All in all the waiter is the only notably good thing about this place. This place is wheelchair accessible, with handicap parking. This place is okay for any sort of event really that I don’t suggest it. Have a good day everyone
