Just left this establishment. We stood at the podium waiting to be seated for 5 minutes before the manger finally came and sat us. Once at the table…sat another 10 minutes with no one coming to us. Now let me say…they were not super busy. Many servers looked at us several times and just ignored us. Simple to say. We just left. And certainly won’t be back. So disappointing.

This definitely is not our kind of place so taking that into consideration, they might deserve a better rating. We got a gift card for christmas and placed an order for pick up. The sauces we ordered and paid for were not in the bag but we did not discover this until we got home. Nothing special about the food at all. Maybe the sauces are all they have going for them. Too bad they left them out of the bag.

A Buffalo Wild Wings night out is always a good time. This location we went as we were staying at the Drury Inn and Suites and it is within walking distance to the hotel.
The service was very good and she did a great job to make sure our order went in before the kitchen closed for the night. We both enjoyed an order of the three street tacos and a dozen mango habanero and a dozen blazing wings.
We ordered a couple beers and a shot of Jameson. The waitress was so kind in even offering us some pickle juice with our Jameson. As with so many Buffalo Wild Wings it has plenty of space and is very clean.

Stood at pickup counter for my order. It was the only bag there. The phone was laying on the counter (to not answer calls) 3 waitresses walked passed me while I waited(even past the food at the pickup shelf!). Got to the point I had to walk behind the counter and get my food that was barely sauced and cold. Called the store and the manager on duty said he couldn’t do anything and laughed then hung up. No one greeted us at the door. We stood there for 10 minutes. The manager kept glancing at us but never said anything to us. I had to walk to ask about seating – ridiculous! Although we were told to sit anywhere, a waitress refused to allow us to sit at a table where we chose to sit. She said, “No you cannot sit here because I am saving it for someone.” Really? Of note: The table remained empty during the time that we were there and ate our food. Ironically, we had a great server at another table and it all worked out just fine due to that waiter. I would not reorder the “Cajun fries.” They’re not Cajun-flavored just regular fries with dark seasoning and no flavor. The rest of the food was as expected from Buffalo Wild Wings. We thought the nachos with chicken were great.

Food was decent. I also got a to go order, and I didn’t double-check, but it was wrong. I had ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and the cheesecake dessert and didn’t hear the cheesecake part correctly.
Apart from that, it felt like the bartender didn’t even want to be there. I won’t throw her name out there but I’m guessing she had been working several days in a row because she was very disengaged and when I asked a question, she looked at me like I was an idiot (I asked if alcohol went towards the total to use a special offer), and it seemed like an inconvenience when she had to pour a beer. Never fear, I still tipped.
I do think that Bdubs as a whole should put in their offers that it excludes alcohol. I mean, they say total before taxes. But it doesn’t say anything about excluding alcohol. Be more transparent, y’know.

I came in for lunch and I was greeted by a guy David and mesel … and there approach was 1000% percent.. when the gentleman sat me at a table he asked me what I would like to drink I said a water and a mic ultra he checked my id like he’s supposed to and he said I’ll let your server know…. My server shows up 3 a few minutes later sits my water on the table and said we’re trying to get your beer…. 15 minutes goes by and I asked for someone and I explained that I never gotten my beer and I just wanna scratch it I don’t want anymore then the person that I told went to the server to let her know and that was it the sever didn’t come to the table and say anything not even I apologize for the inconvenience can I get you something else not a word…. I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 20+ years and by far that is the worst Acknowledgment and Criteria and the worst choice of action… I really think David and Mesel really need Recognition on there work ethic I was very impressed by those 2 gentleman

The seasoning on the food wasn’t spread out, some parts had while other didn’t. I mean I can just order naked wings in that case!
