I’ve given this location multiple chances because I work nearby, but this will definitely be my last time ordering from them. I ordered a plate today, and the portion sizes were extremely small—especially the beef, which only had about 4-5 tiny pieces (you can literally count them in the photo).
What makes it even worse is that the restaurant wasn’t even busy when I went in, so there’s really no excuse for the rushed service or lack of care. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location either. The quality, portions, and service have consistently been disappointing.
I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect fair portions and decent customer service. Unfortunately, this location falls short every time. I won’t be coming back.

Recent visits: I haven’t had any experience with the past employee. Just newer ones and they are great. Nice, quiet but friendly. Haven’t had a bad experience with the food or the people recently.
Had me wait 10 minutes for new beef and broccoli and gave me all old from the old pan, before the new one was even done. Never has that happened at any panda I’ve been to. They usually will flip the old into the new and give you from there. But no, waited 10 minutes and gave me old stuff right infront of me.

Panda Express in general has long been my go-to for tasty & relatively healthy fast food. Over the past few months something has gone seriously wrong with the quality control of the ingredients and/or food prep. I don’t know how widespread the issue is since this is the only location I’ve been to recently, but it is definitely a problem at this location. The service was also achingly slow and not particularly friendly, but let’s put that aside for now—
On my most recent visit, the chow-mein, kung pao chicken, and broccoli beef were all under-seasoned and overcooked. A meal that is usually a treat for me became a chore to finish. I don’t know if it’s down to management, training, supply chain issues, or what, but one or two more experiences like this and I’ll be looking for a new go-to.

We arrived about 35 minutes before closing and were immediately met with unwelcoming attitudes. The staff looked disappointed that we came in, and when the cashier asked the cook if she wanted to make more food, the answer was simply “no.” That left us with whatever had been sitting out or not yet cleaned up. The chow mein we were offered was mostly cabbage and lettuce. I understand it was late, but refusing to serve fresh food before closing shows a real lack of pride and care for customers. Very disappointing experience from a restaurant I usually enjoy.

Make sure you thank Geordie and Tasha for some great cooking and friendly service. You must have the shrimp, nice and crunchy breading with super sweet sauce and flavorful shrimp that takes u back to your grandma house. Love em.

Terrible costumer service. All the employees there seem to hate there job. I politely went up to ask for 2 forks that were not given to me with my meal and was answers with an eye roll and an attitude as if I had ruined her day. It is really disheartening to spend money at these businesses and it return you just get terrible costumer service

17min wait…. Was told it would be 6min, but she didn’t even ask for the cook to start for 4 min.
6 out of 8 active staff standing around chatting (at begining of typical dinner rush), half dishes empty, register not stocked, bland food (good texture tho).
All 8 customers who entered in after me also waited for food to START cooking.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews (humans make errors), but this was neglect. Why return?
(Perhaps move breaks away from the front door so customers aren’t ignored, confused, annoyed).

Every time I come in here, no matter how long the line is, it always a 30+ min wait. The manager has a horrible attitude and treats his employees horribly. The fact that corporate is okay with how this store is ran absolutely baffles me
