If you want the best pizza in Clayton, Big Cheese Pizza is my go-to every single time. I’ve been coming here for a while and the quality never slips — fresh ingredients, great flavor, and pizza that actually tastes like people care about what they’re making. It’s the kind of place you proudly recommend to friends.
That’s why the hours are so tough as a loyal customer. They close at 9 PM during the week and only stay open until 9:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. For a place this good — especially on the busiest nights — it’s honestly heartbreaking to see them close so early. I can’t count how many times I’ve wanted to order later and realized I missed the window.
I love this place and want to support it as much as possible… I just wish I had more chances to. Extend the evening hours and you’d make a lot of regulars very happy.

This place has the best pizza!! They taste better than little Caesar’s because little Cesar’s lost its flavor a while ago. The pizza and garlic bread sticks are always hot and fresh. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the cinnamon desert they have the icing taste is fakey. But we love their pizzas!

I purchased food here and when I got home I looked on the bottom of my receipt and saw that I could earn points for my purchase by signing up for their rewards. Of importance, I’ve been patronizing this business for over 5 years and I never knew they had a rewards program, as the staff never mention it. So I went on their website to try to sign up but that’s not an option so I called the store, their store # isn’t even listed on their receipt btw, and was informed that I can only sign up in store with my phone number. I asked her to do it over the phone and she said that she couldn’t because it can only be done at time of purchase. Note: I just purchased over $30 worth of food less than 30 minutes prior and not once was I asked if I wanted to sign up for the rewards or given any information about the rewards program. Management seriously needs to educate and train their staff on the company. Chick-fil-a would never! Matterfact, McDonald’s wouldn’t either, they atleast inform you about their reward program so loyal customers can receive some type of benefits.

So every time I order through drive thru and they don’t have my pizza ready due to their doing I have to pull to a front parking spot. However, I pulled up one time and the car in front of me was there for 15 minutes but they didn’t make them pull up to the front parking spots and instead wasted my time. When I did finally get to take my order they once again weren’t prepared with my food and told me to go to a front parking spot due to another car coming in. I guess as a Chicago Area person I don’t get Southern privilege like you all do.

They have the best pizza in town! We come here all the time and they have wonderful employees. It is always crazy and they are super nice! I love their chicken fettuccine pizza and my kids love their cheese pizza.

Went to this place to get my kids something quick. So I stopped at the drive thru they asked me to pull around for a 5min wait. I waited for 30min and still didn’t get my food. So I had to go in and ask about my order. When I went in they questioned about me paying multiple times even though the lady who took my order said I paid. And guess what they had almost 10 pizzas sitting in the warmer. I definitely will never come back! This was my first and last time!

Great pizza at a low price, Solid staff clean atmosphere overall I’d say the pizza has great flavor and you can tell they take pride in what they do of I had to give any advice it would be to let it cook a lil longer where its more cooked and crispy under the pizza instead of some what cooked but doughy.
