Their service was awesome. I ordered a large order for Sunday. The team was nice, informative and willing to help take my order to my vehicle. This was my first time eating from there. Big cheese is a real treasure of clayton! Big cheese is one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever seen!! I have been in the industry my whole life and it’s the tightest store I have ever set foot in. The manager is a nice lady from Jordan first class customer service always and the kids that work their are friendly and on the ball.

Customer service was nice. The food reminds me of a little Caesars. It’s pre-cooked and already ready when you order it. So it wasn’t very hot. Paid over $36 and some change for my food. They wanted to charge a dollar for each ranch. I bought (2) 8 pcs wings and a large pizza. It came with a 2 Liter drink. I left without it because no one told me to grab it. But I went back for it. My only problem is you should at least get one ranch with your eight piece wings. Also, the breadsticks were chewy and we’re not hot. It was my first and last time.

Pleasantly surprised. This Big Cheese Pizza isn’t what I expected but has not let me down. The Pizza is hot and ready when you arrive. I usually call ahead to make sure. The drive up window is convenient to pull in and out of making for a quick stop when you have kids. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. The price is just right! I really feel you’re getting a good value here. Its great when you forget that you don’t have any planned for dinner and need to make a quick decision. Only been here a couple times so far, but when I do it hits the spot! Keep up the good work!

This is my family’s favorite fast service pizza place. The pizzas always taste great and are made with fresh ingredients. Service is fast and friendly. Online ordering directly through their website is smooth as well. Much better than the little Roman guys pizza.

Please beware if you don’t eat meat do not visit this establishment. They were caught visibly cross contaminating the beef slicer and then cutting the vegetarian pizza with that same slicer and when confronted the owner said “You have to ask for that service” and then proceeded to say “He can do what he wants” and then proceeded to issue a ban to not return. This will be reported to food and safety as I am Serv-Safe Certified and understand the magnitude of why you should NOT cross contaminate. Roy Cooper will know of your improper practices, believe that. This is my review and is my experience, if you shall want to eat at this establishment – SO BE IT!
