Finding The Force
This food may not be the best for you, but it taste the best! I could eat panda every single week! The staff was very friendly and attentive when I had to wait a few minutes for some fresh orange chicken. The counter was clean, The staff were wearing gloves, and there was plenty of hand sanitizer.

Sad to say but this Panda Express in Galleria Mall is one of the better options for a quick bite to eat in the food court. Food tends to be much more fresh on busier days so if you see a line at least you know you’ll be getting something that hasn’t been sitting there for hours or to the point the food is dry. They do offer a mall employee discount of 10%.

Lucila was extremely rude to us and denied us our discount. Normally mall employees get a discount but she kept asking for verification and when given it she denied it anyway. Employees need to be better trained on how to properly handle discounts! Mall employees get hungry but she demands to see our ID, badge and when we showed all of this she tried to ask for a business card as well? Who has a business card these days? Extremely unprofessional and rude.

I was there today just trying to get food for lunch before my shift and my usual mall employee discount considering I work at one of the stores. When my friend showed his proof of employment we were still denied the discount. This was not only extremely embarrassing but unprofessional. I’ve been to the same location and have ever dealt with such rudeness or dealt with being denied over not having my name tag with me or a business card with my name on it. even with proof she denied me. The employee was lucilla, and she proudly gave us her name for the complaint. It’s the way she’s proud she’s getting a complaint for me. Disappointing experience and I didn’t even get my lunch.
