I’m furious and honestly shaken. I’ve ordered from this Panda location for years, and today I bit down on a hard object in my meal-what looked like a rock or a chunk of cast iron with shiny bits and possible rust. Not a burnt walnut. A foreign object that could have broken my tooth or gone down my throat. My appetite was gone immediately, replaced with anger and disgust.
How does something like this make it into a customer’s food? Where is the quality control? This isn’t a minor mistake-it’s a serious safety hazard. I’m done with this location and will be filing a report with the county health department. If you value your safety (and your teeth), do not eat here until they prove they’ve fixed this.
Parents: be extra cautious with kids -this could’ve ended very badly.

I’ve been coming to this store for a while now and every time the staff is always efficient, precise and welcoming. The food is always cooked, ready and tasty. I really do appreciate this store and its staff for continuously making my restaurant experience enjoyable.

To the opening team on 7/28 in the Elk Grove Blvd : you guys are amazing!.
This location is our go to especially foe the days we need lunch during working hours. Today the opening team pulled a LARGE order for a work lunch and they were absolutely amazing. They food had its great quality as always and the 3 team members remained sweet even after requesting the order in such short time. I will definitely prepare better next time but will continue to use this location because of those members- I wish I remember their names but their faces I will not forget.

I ordered food, the seller constantly went somewhere, then remembered about me and came back. But that’s not the worst thing. They sold me food with mold and I ate it, and only at the end did I see that there was blue mold, to which I am allergic! The shrimp also had a moldy taste, but I didn’t believe that this could really happen until I saw it. That’s horrible!

Picked up a family meal asked for sauces they gave me 2 sauces for my family of 5. Quite literally ridiculous. I even asked the staff before I left if they had put sauce in the box and they said everything is there. No one at this location has common sense. I live 30 mins away I called the store back the manager said since it’s sauce all I can do is re-train my staff. Please find a new manager and get some common sense in this store.

With so many great Panda Express locations close by, trust me when I say skip this one, unless you like:
– flat soda
– wrong items received
– rude, unintelligible manager
– half as much meat as you’d get from another location.
Shout out to the Calvine location which beats this PE all to heck. At Calvine they’re so nice! They’re very kind to children. They never mess up your order. Their food is always hot and fresh. Go to Calvine.
