Horrible service! I was told to pull up for three chicken strips, which I understand they have to cook no issues there. I pulled up past the trashcan where they told me to and then they asked me to pull up even further because I was blocking the line. I pulled up to the edge of the curb, and they told me I needed to pull up even further because the person behind me couldn’t get out. If I pulled up further, I’d be creating my own parking spot. When I told them, I can’t move up anymore she’d have to back up and go around me or some thing they told me I needed to calm down because I was making a scene. Get over yourself.

Terrible all the way around. The girl in the drive through was sweet, but kept bringing food to the wrong cars and forgetting cars completely. (They were pretty busy, but still no excuse for the service) We sat there for 15 minutes, PAID, then sat there another 20 minutes just to not get all of my food. Go inside to tell them, and get told “that’s life, I’m here 30 minutes past my shift” by one of the little smart mouth kids in there. I’ll never be back.

Employees more worried about talking with their buddies instead of pay attention and taking an order right. I ordered a simple #2 with cheese Lettuce Mustard and onions and evidently either he’s telling me I need to exercise more or it sounded like a single with Lettuce only but on the plus side the did manage to get my onions right.

2 bad experiences back to back! I normally love Whataburger but this is the worst Whataburger yet. Took three trips through the drive through to get our order completely right. Coffee was the worst burnt coffee I have ever had anywhere. Gas station coffee is seriously better than this. In addition, we asked for 2 ketchups per person (7 people) and we were told they “can’t give that much ketchup”. I’m sorry but 2 per person is not unreasonable when spending $80 on food. Will never go back here and we live in this town. I’ll go to Mount Pleasant location before I do.

They charge $18 delivery fee on uber. This fee doesn’t go toward the delivery driver. Stop being selfish and lower the delivery fee so I can tip the driver better, or give that fee to the driver. Shame on you.

I ordered a cinnamon roll last week & it was delicious. Stopped by tonight @ 830 & ordered one, got home & it was ice cold. How hard would it have been for y’all to heat it up. Good thing I was coming home & have a microwave so I can finish your job.

My husband and I used to come to this Whataburger every Wednesday but the last two times we have been there the person taking the order was very slow and the order came out cold. I would love to see this Whataburger get back to being good again! It would be nice if the manager would have people working who could really do their job properly and take pride in what they are doing.
