One person serving at this establishment, lines are crazy, you can tell the poor staff is very fearful. Their portion sizes are very small compared to other Panda Express locations. You can tell the owners have instilled fear into these poor workers. If you ask for chili sauce get prepared to get only one. They literally count how many pieces of shrimp they put on the plate. Not the workers fault – it’s all ownership that stems down to poor customer service. They don’t offer or provide napkins and if you ask for such good luck. Worst Panda Express ever.

Great place to grab a quick snack. We had been for lunch. I loved their menu. One can choose between bowl, plate etc. The noodles and rice are ossom!! Prices are also ok.

I’m so disappointed to overhear a conversation at this establishment. The male manager (I didn’t catch his name) was scolding an employee for giving out “big” portions of food. I mean, I pay for my food and it wasn’t like the portions were more than any other Panda Express. It’s just sad to hear that capitalism come through over customer service and the mistreatment of employees there.

I went in today and ordered a plate with a chicken egg roll got home, guess what got charged for a chicken egg roll but no chicken egg roll I tried to call them to see if I can get reimbursed tomorrow guess what!!! No answer very disappointing!!!!

I am somewhat disappointed with my visit. I love Panda Express because I can normally expect the same result each time. Service is great, food is hot or at least warm, and the quality is amazing. This time around, customer service was great as usual but the food came out barely warm and I was not satisfied because of the lack of meat in my portions.

If I could give this place a zero I gladly would! Today I came in with my son who is taking a road trip and decided to stop by and pick up some food for the way. We’re in the establishment and as I’m ordering I get asked if I have cash I said no and finish ordering because we were on a timeframe. I have my son get a fountain drink as I’m about to pay, I run my card and it gets timed out and they proceeded to explain that their system on all the stores is giving them issues with their credit card system which is a problem because I didn’t have cash at the moment. They could have put a sign at the door since they already knew about this issue, then I noticed they did charge my card but apparently it did not finalize the payment so it won’t go they now I have to wait to make sure it doesn’t go through. The fact that that spot always has high traffic, homeless people with children begging for food and their lack of management competence is why they have lost my business and for making my 7 year old son upset on my Bday!
