Went in for lunch and stood there for a bit while 3 workers walked past me. A simple, “well be right with you” would have been great but I didn’t even get that.
There was one lady with her kids at register paying so they weren’t busy.

Panda Express, January 24, 2024 Me & my daughter had decided to have some “Panda Express” for a late lunch so we dine in & the food was so delicious & fresh! & it was our first time here at this location & we did ❤ed the two pandas outside on the walkway they are so beautiful & the inside has some beautiful signs & some history that tells the story of the beginning. I used to go to the location at Mooney Blvd, they gave great servings. This location I visited a couple times over several months and seems like they just give you half portions, chow mean is full but entrees are skimpy. I’ll keep on going to the other one. Very clean and friendly people though. If they can fix their portions they’d get more customers. $13 for a plate I’d expect a little more.

Ate at Panda Express for the first time, and what a pleasant surprise! First of all, we were helped with exceptional friendliness and were allowed to sample the meats to choose which one we wanted with our meal. The food was really good and exceeded my expectations. It’s a shame there’s only one in the Netherlands because this definitely leaves me wanting more!

Good golly, on 11/15/2025, this Panda Express location gave my husband and I the worst case of food poisoning I think we’ve ever had.
He ordered a plate with orange chicken, beijing beef, & chow mein.
I ordered the teriyaki chicken & super greens…
We’ve only been able to get out of bed to use the toilet, or throw up…
PLEASE clean your tools better!!

Worst experience ever. One of the staff was unfriendly and not helpful. Options were very limited and potions seemed smaller than usual. And to top it off they ran out of sweet and sour sauce, go figure.

I love most of the panda express locations. Even tho it is fast Chinese food, it is usually hot and fresh. Very good service at this location. The food was delicious. I love the bigger plate, which is usually less than 12 dollars for three entrees.

Idk how panda trains their employees. In customer service jobs what the customer asks the customer gets. I asked for a specific amount of sauces and the girl just walked away and gave me a few I had to sit there and ask another kne for the rest of my sauces. Do better at training your employees specially for such small requests like giving chili packets.

My visit here was awesome. I’m a fan of Panda Express and it was great to see a new location opened up on the west side of Visalia. The entire restaurant staff was very friendly, you can tell they’re happy to serve the public. I was there for their rush hour and they still had all their food options available, everything was fresh it was hard to choose what I wanted haha!
I was well pleased with my experience and I’m looking forward to visiting this location next time I’m in Visalia!! 5 star experience!!
