The dal bhat was comforting and satisfying, but the highlight for me was the dhido (dedho) — cooked to perfect consistency and served hot. Paired with gundruk, fresh tarkari, and flavorful curry, it tasted just like a homemade meal from Nepal. You can truly feel the authenticity and care in every bite.
The service was warm and welcoming, and the staff made sure everything was just right. Clean, cozy atmosphere and generous portions too!
If you’re looking for real, traditional Nepali cuisine — especially dhido done right — this is the place to go. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
I’ve tried so many malai kofta at other Indian restaurants, and this is by far the best I’ve ever had. The curry and the kofta were life changing. It also comes with rice which is very generous of them.
The naan was the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy, flavorful, and tender. Must try their kabuli naan.
10/10 would come back again. Literally the best.
The Malai Kofta was really rich and buttery, reminded me of the gravy from paneer butter masala in India. The kofta was one of the best I’ve tried too, great filling and very flavorful.
The Garlic Naan was literally the best I’ve ever tried, it’s baked so well in terms of light and airy crispiness which I haven’t seen even anywhere else. The added flavors really complement it well too.
The Kabuli Naan was like a nice potato stuffed and well flavored taste, great to eat just by itself too, but I definitely preferred the garlic naan.
The Veggie Jhol Momos were also a hit, very flavorful and mildly spicy.
The service was great and very prompt too and the server was very kind, although it was not very busy when I visited.
Would love to return and try more of their menu next time, really impressed, would take the top spot in Indian/Nepali cuisine in SF for now. They’ve only been around for 4 months and are building quite the good reputation, so I hope they can stick to that quality as they become more popular too!
Highly recommended for real Nepali food lover.
The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better ✌️
Definitely coming back !
The Gobi Manchurian and Fish Curry were my favorites. Chicken Momo along with the chai was delicious. Garlic naan and shrimp chow mein were delightful. We ordered a lot of food to take an hour back home. Absolutely would come here again
