They were short on staff, I felt bad for that one worker that had to help customer in line for their order. Food was kinda cold and stale. This is what you can expect from a fast food “chinese” food. Got the bigger plate with some chicken egg rolls and cream cheese wonton for a decent payment. Panda needs to hire more staff and make sure they have the food in the right temperature.

This location excited on my neighborhood just around the corner. Safe to say I’ll never be going back. As I went in and placed my order there was barely any items ready as multiple entrées missing. The server was very stingy, plating our food. This location feels if I’m at food court at a mall. Patience is a virtue I do have so I was told it would be a 5-7 minute wait. Service was very poor. I’m not a muppet, I know what my taste buds love about Panda Express. The cooks need to go back and learn how to cook their food on their menu. I’ll be returning to this location again.

They’ve gotten my order wrong 3 different times. Maybe its loud and they can’t hear but the last three times I went theres always miscommunication. i know it’s not me because 1 of the 3 times they got the order wrong it was my boyfriend who ordered. This time, one of my sides were completely missing. It was on the receipt it was written on the box but they didn’t put it in. I was busy getting my wallet out when they closed the box without checking if all the sides were there. Idk, i think this is a problem but just check your box to make sure they have everything and have the right order.. if your sitting here to eat you should be fine and yeah you should come here but i probably wont be coming back because when im in a rush i dont check because it should be right…

Our family loves Panda Express, but this branch is an exception.
I picked up my order around 6 PM. The chow mein had a strange smell, the noodles were cut short, and the portion on the plate was very small. It was my first time ever seeing chow mein served like this at any Panda Express. It really seemed like they just gave me the leftovers.

I haven’t had issues at this location before, but upon picking up some food, we were dismissed about trying to order egg rolls and by the time they listened to us they were out. All 3 separate orders with honey walnut shrimp were disgusting. They were 2 separate batches and were all dark as well as soggy. I’ll probably avoid this location from now on, which sucks because it’s so close.

The Orange Chicken from this restaurant is my daughter’s favorite. My wife and I like the angus beef and green beans. There’s usually sufficient seating and it isn’t too noisy.

The number of employees is very insufficient. Orders are placed very late and people have to wait. In addition, employees, store employees are very insensitive.

I had the worst experience with this restaurant. The last three times ordered from here, three times they screwed up my order. I’d always ordered the bigger plates, didn’t get the bigger plates. The last bigger plate ordered, they ran out all three of my protein selections. I asked for a refund and will not coming back to this dive.
