If you’re looking for a place to get your beef fix and an extra dose of that “special” beef smell, look no further than Panda Express in Irvine! According to the reviews, this place is bad, but hey, at least the customer service is great. And let’s not forget about the freshly-made orange chicken with the orange chicken sauce – it’s so good, you’ll forget all about that suspicious beef smell. Plus, the speed of service is so efficient, you’ll be in and out faster than you can say “where’s the beef?” So if you’re in the mood for some questionable meat and a side of laughs, head on over to Panda Express in Irvine. Your taste buds (and your nose) might regret it, but your sense of humor will thank you.

I haven’t had issues at this location before, but upon picking up some food, we were dismissed about trying to order egg rolls and by the time they listened to us they were out. All 3 separate orders with honey walnut shrimp were disgusting. They were 2 separate batches and were all dark as well as soggy. I’ll probably avoid this location from now on, which sucks because it’s so close.

The Orange Chicken from this restaurant is my daughter’s favorite. My wife and I like the angus beef and green beans. There’s usually sufficient seating and it isn’t too noisy.

The food isn’t bad but today’s service was terrible! On Saturday, around 2:30PM, I brought my friends for lunch and when I told the gentleman that we’re together and I couldn’t make up my mind because I hadn’t been there for many months, I let my friends order first. I looked for what I wanted before I was ready. When he finished with my friends, he ignored me and helped the next customer. I had to butt in and told him he skipped me and he was very rude, very inconsiderate, very apathetic and very inexperienced. He said he did helped me give my orders when I impatiently insisted he didn’t. He mixed up the orders with my friends and another customer he was helping and didn’t bother to check the accuracy of the order. He said one of my friends’ orders is mine and I was very annoyed of his incompetence!! He assumed everyone knows what to order and didn’t budge to another space to help out the customer like me who hadn’t made up their minds. He stayed only in one place and assumed everyone orders what HE believes everyone else ordered the same thing! I feel like I needed to talk to the manager because this employee only concentrated on the speed rather than the accuracy of the orders! I worked in restaurant businesses for nearly 13 years and even if speed is essential and food should be well cooked, accuracy of orders and patience toward customers is very important if the business would like to be highly rated! This is the most humiliating experience I had ever been in and this is not the first time that happened to me in other restaurants! If next time, I come in with the same employee acting that way without caring what he did or didn’t at least apologize to me which he didn’t today, I’ll have my friends leave and I will have to make a complaint about this poor quality service. The female cashier is friendly and polite and I wish she was in that position to make food we ordered instead of him! Fast food may need fast service, but the FOOD QUALITY, the ACCURACY of orders and PATIENCE toward any customers are 3 most vital importance toward any kinds of service! This kind of employee today ought to learn his manners properly!!

Every time I go to this place, the service is horrible, and today it was no different, I ordered a plate with shrimp and they only put 4 shrimp, I asked the girl if she only had that and she said yes, I asked for tereyaki sauce, and he told me that he could only give me 2 bags because if I wanted more he had to charge me, I can’t believe it, horrible place
