I never really go out and set reviews, but I thought this was well worth it. Staff was completely professional and hard-working. Their customer service was amazing. It was a busy Tuesday night. We had a long line and we’re still making the line go quickly. All staff was running around, helping each other out and communicating
I picked up my birthday order for a family of 20 and even got help to my vehicle carrying my food. They’ve learned a five star in my book. Food was good. Customer service was amazing and you can just tell these people are hard-working.

This is a late review, bc ive been so busy but I wanted to give a specific employee some recognition. I dont remember her name but she was working the drive through on 11/16/25 fairly early in the morning, before 11am. I only ordered a side of white rice so if you read this girly, I just wanted to say ive NEVER been to ANY fast food place and experienced such amazing service. I was very sick and not having the best day bc I had been sick for a few days. The way she greeted me at the drive through to place my oder completely turned my weekend around. She was enthusiastic and seemed to appreciate the day for what it was and some of her wholesome energy stayed with me and im still thinking about it. So thank you for being a great employee. I hope they give you a raise for your spectacular customer service.

The food needs work. Chow mein is more cabbage than noodles. I know Chinese food is greasy, but the amount needed to leave a puddle at the bottom of the bowl is wild. You also get more veggies than meat very often. Makes you feel like you ordered a salad garnished with chicken.

Zero stars a. Terrible system. I stood at the front of the line as I watched workers count sauces and just stand there. I was told they would be right with me, but no body ever helped me or the folks behind me. I guess drive thru is priority, even with 7 to 10 workers. I left without getting food after a long work day. Terrible service and a very confusing system that wasn’t managed well.

Welcome back to dine-in yaaaaay! Love the new remodel. The manager, Mr. J, was very accommodating with a warm welcome smile and friendly customer service. Panda is doing an outstanding job out staying fully staffed with quick diversified employees. My fresh order was ready at checkout as usual, but the line chefs kept it flowing.

My son was just their at the drive through and placed an order of honey walnut shrimp and,orange chicken but I got all orange chicken called them to let them know that I didn’t get the walnut shrimp .the Manger was rude and he told the guy that they didn’t give my son a receipt plus he didn’t see him drive through.we have-no reason to lie to the man .anyway be careful and check your,food before you leave .the food,was good I gave it 1 star because the Manger was not to nice

They charged $1.25 for sizzling shrimp and they put about 3 pieces in there and the rest is in the photo attached. They always forget to put napkins and forks for you to eat with urggg they also do trick with serving food they will put more chicken in the bottom and top it off with shrimp.

Never ask if I’m for dining in or takeout always put my order for to go. Also when I went in I got the shrimp paid extra for the shrimp And got only one small scoop and it’s supposed to be two.
