The team at this location is exceptional! They gave Fast and friendly service in a VERY CLEAN restaurant. We had a large order and they got us through the line with no wait. The food was great!

Yesterday both my girls had panda and they had the crispy seaseme beef and shrimp and orange chicken with chow mein after eating it they both got sick throwing up and were the rest of the night. My husband had orange chicken and chow mein and was fine. I believe it was the beef and shrimp that made my daughters sick!! Just wanted to let Panda know.

To the Management at Panda Express. Ricardo owned the problem and fixed the issue. He is an excellent crew member.
It was the night before Mother’s Day and the Panda website would not let me buy a Mother’s Day card. This is what she wanted. I called Panda Express and spoke with Ricardo. He said “NO issues, just come in and I will work it out”. The website would not let me buy a card and the app would not let me purchase the card.
I went in and he took care of everything. I even bought food and the gift card.

When you see the employees socializing more than working that should have been a bad sign. My plate had broccoli that didn’t smell like broccoli. It has a weird chemical smell to it. Most can’t probably smell it but I’m sensitive. The beef was awful. It tasted rotten.

Panda Express came to the rescue after my flight landed in Burbank from Sacramento. We wanted something that was close and fast so Panda Express was the choice. I never been to this location so I was interested in trying it. They have a separate door for entering and exiting. I got the place with chow mein, black pepper Angus steak and Kung pao chicken. The food was alright to me, I wasn’t expecting anything like spectacular since this is a fast food place. The service I received was great and they give me 4 fortune cookies. There was people dining inside so they had that open but some tables were closed due to social distancing.

Place was pretty dirty eve though I visited at non-rush hour. The portion , wow , so little they gave me. It was for a skinny lady who weighs less than 100lb? I was still hungry after the meal. Sigh.
