12/11/2025 at 8:14pm this location was nice and clean. Employees were very nice. The only thing is I think the young lady was fairly new Serving . We ordered a family meal and she didn’t fill it up. It was kind of weird to me because panda is really good about filling it up to the top. Plus ordering a family meal, I need full portions to feed everyone. Maybe she needs a little bit more training.

Kiana is a total star here, like others have mentioned. Seriously impressive keeping track of orders, calling orders, and swapping new food in seamlessly. She even helps out the cashier when needed to make the flow efficient when no one else is in line order.

The cooking at this panda is a bit off. We got the premium beef. The portion is extremely small and the beef is chewy and that’s not what I call premium. The beef and broccoli is so so as the beef is stale taste. It’s like it has been frozen for a long time but the broccoli is quite good. The portion of rice and noodles are very small. The noodles are also tasteless.

This review has to do with policies for the Panda app. I was ordering a bowl, plate and order of cream cheese rangoons for a later pickup. I scheduled the pickup for 5:30pm. However, at 5:19 I got a text that my order was ready for pickup.
When I got to Panda at 5:30, I asked the evening mamager or lead (not sure which, but she had a black Panda shirt different from the rest of the employees) why if I scheduled the pickup for 5:30 it was completed so early. She told me that once they receive an app order, they have to have it ready to go in 5 minutes. I asked even if the pickup is scheduled for a later time, and she told me yes, they still only have 5 minutes to have the order ready for pickup. I then asked even if I scheduled the pickup for an hour later than when placed, and again, she said yes.
This makes absolutely zero sense. So my meal was sitting on a counter, not under a heat lamp, for 11 minutes earlier than when I scheduled pickup. Needless to say, nothing was hot when I got home for is to eat, so very disappointed with this ridiculous policy.
I will be deleting the Panda app and switching to China One, China A Go Go or another Chinese take out that can figure out how to prepare my food at the correct time.

Very rude. I just ordered a showmain noodles because my daughter loves those she started checking the noodles and putting more vegetables. I asked the cashier if she could give just a little extra noodles. She said She can’t because I have to pay more. Please stop going to this place and save your money if you want to feel that you really eat. If I have the option to rated 0, I will do it.

Kiana was amazing at keeping the line flowing and making sure everyone got their meals in a timely and accurate manner. Normally this location is pretty slow but when Kiana was there I never seen the line go so quickly. Handled that rush like a champ

My husband went tonight and said the employees were very cold and unfriendly, wouldn’t look at him or say anything when he said thank you. When he asked for chili sauce or whatever it is and she didn’t even acknowledge his question, just throws it in bag without saying anything or looking at him. He said he can tell she’s in a bad mood or somethings going on. A greeting and a thank you and acknowledgement to your customers really doesn’t take much. Staff might need a reminder on some etiquette.
Also: chow mein is like 80 percent cabbage! Needs more noodles and way less cabbage! Don’t think we will be back for a while.

Made an online order and they gave me about 25% less food than other Panda Express locations. My beef and broccoli had four giant chunks of broccoli and three tiny little pieces of beef. Felt like I was being ripped off since I ordered online.

The value and quality of orange chicken is good. They are crispy, small and fresh. shrimps are cold but they are still fresh and tasty. As you see in the picture chow main’s vegetables are more than noodles. Also, it is cold, old and some burned.
