Honestly the most disappointing Charley’s Ive been to. Employees seem annoyed anytime someone comes in to get food. Food is mediocre at best and for such a small space it should be easy to keep clean yet they struggle to. And they refused to make tea several hours before they close. Not because they are out but because he doesn’t want to. One employee started to and the other told him no more for today.

Very nice young man ran the register and was cooking at the grill, but, pleasewear a hat, ponytail or hairnet with a full head of curly long hair if you are cooking, yuk. Also, peppers need more cooking. Bread was great and overall sandwich was good. Just need better “hygiene” standards. Its in Walmart so atmosphere is so-so

My first time at this location in Granbury following our recent move. Atmosphere was to be expected based on location. My Philly cheesesteak with provolone was really good. My husband’s old school cheesesteak and my cheese fries were less so. What we received as Cheez Whiz is not Cheez Whiz. The consistency was similar, but the flavor is definitely not. I even pulled a jar of Cheez Whiz out of my pantry to compare it and it doesn’t taste the same. What I received at the restaurant is largely flavorless, which resulted in the sandwich and the cheese fries, being less than satisfying. It reminds me of the nacho cheese you get at a high school football game. Since your menu uses the trademarked Cheez Whiz name, I wonder if it is this specific restaurant that isn’t using the real stuff?
