Well, this isn’t my first time coming to this Panda Express, but it is the first time I’m writing a review. Overall, I like Panda Express food. They cook well at every location. I get that the recipe is the same everywhere, but each restaurant adds its own unique touch. Here, I can only give 5 stars—the food is good, the place is clean, and the staff is attentive.
It’s true that this is the first Panda Express I’ve been to where, as soon as you walk in, they greet you with a cheerful “WELCOME TO PANDA… Express!” That honestly made my night .
Now, it’s also true that my visit today took longer than usual. They didn’t have chow mein (which can happen in the kitchen), but remember—it’s EXPRESS. They should try to prevent things like that. I placed my order at 6:43 PM, and by 7:12 PM I still didn’t have it. Okay… finally got it at 7:15 PM.

Went through drive-thru today an ordered 2 plates and on one of those plates they forgot an entree. I tried to call the store to try and resolve this issue but no one answered the phone. I called multiple times. I will not be coming back to this location again.

Nice and new Panda location but difficult to get to. You have to cross through a car wash parking lot. Good fresh food from the DT but very slow service. Otherwise not too bad.

This is the nicest Panda I’ve ever been too. The people are really nice and the restaurant is super clean and nice. It’s pretty new And you can tell. The workers welcome everyone in the door with a little chant, and they knew a bunch of people coming in from the University by name.
Other than that everything is the same, which is good enough for me!

I walked in and nobody would take my order until this old lady she may be the store manager, she was really rude to me and to employees, speaking offensive words in Spanish language, and she asked what entrees so i told her and she’s like i know hold on im busy so im like im just telling you what my entrees are. Not going back to this location.

No line to order food inside the dining room. Food was prepared correctly and hot and fresh. Friendly staff that remember you from prior visit. Spotless clean facility.

They undercook everything. The rice is hard. The vegetables are hard. It’s like they need retraining on their cooking process. they do have fast service and they are very friendly
