We had a phenomenal experience at Rosewater!
There were eight of us celebrating two birthdays, and it was the perfect setting for a party. The service was amazing, and I would go back just for the Tuna Poke. It is a gorgeous rooftop setting.

I absolutely love this cosy rooftop restaurant! The staff were amazing and the food was delicious! Probably the best watermelon salad I’ve had in a long time . Perfect little gem in Delray. I’ve already been back twice since my little discovery solo dining session lol.

I’ve been to The Ray a few times with friends. It’s a bit of a hidden treasure in Delray. It’s popular but most tourists don’t know about it. An upscale hotel with a rooftop pool and bar. When we want a good drink with friends this is one of the best places in Delray we have been to.
As usual we ordered our One With Life Tequila. The six of us all had different One With Life drinks. I had a Ranch Water which was good. My wife had Lychee-tini made with One With Life. Others in our group had Margaritas and other tequila drinks. All the cocktails were $18. We go to different bars in Delray that all serve One With Life but The Ray is extra special. It’s not just another Delray Bar.

Our server was attentive, and made cocktail suggestions. The food is great, but I wish the portions were a little bigger because I left needing another meal. I love that the cocktail glasses are actually plastic (can’t break plastic as easily as glass haha). They use paper straws and they don’t have a brunch menu which is semi disappointing but not make or break for me. Overall it’s nice modern place with wonderful hand soap in the bathroom.

Awesome rooftop bar/restaurant above The Ray hotel. Cool vibes and nicely designed with a lot of seating options that somehow manage to feel private. Grabbed drinks one evening while staying at The Ray on a business trip and a quick to-go lunch the next day and both were good. Service was great – super friendly both times. I had a French 75, which was good, and tried the Mediterranean appetizer to-go for lunch, and really liked it – it had hummus, whipped feta with honey, tabbouleh, tzatziki and pita wedges. I recommend a stop for a sip or bite if you’re in the area!

Came for a birthday party. It was a Wednesday night so we were the only patrons there. Great service, fresh and clean ambiance, cute little spot. Drinks were good, I enjoyed the espresso martinis. Staff was friendly. Would definitely return!

I recently celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday at Rosewater Rooftop with a friend, and it was such a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was absolutely perfect – from the great music to the vibrant yet relaxed vibe, it really set the tone for a special evening. I ordered the lobster roll, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had – so fresh and flavorful. The drink I ordered was also spot on, perfectly balanced and delicious. On top of all that, the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the night. Overall, Rosewater Rooftop was the perfect place to celebrate, and I can’t recommend it enough!
