This Location is getting worse and worse everytime my children and I go it saddens me for the price we pay and the amount of food we are served I didn’t know they cut portion size down we got jipped really bad this time I’ll no longer be attending this location anymore let alone we get bad service everytime seems like the cashiers are always in a bad mood as I’f they hate there job and take it out on the customers if I had a choice I give no stars horrible I didn’t even eat my food I gave it to a homeless I’m sure he’ll enjoy it

This is not the first time I have had a bad experience here but this time was horrendous. I went inside to place an order for a bigger plate and an extra side. They completely messed up my order after having to wait for my mushroom chicken AND Orange chicken to be cooked because they had run out. I checked it the second time as they were supposed to correct it. They messed up the two sides again. Then they gave an appetizer for the inconvenience. I checked it and still one of the sides was wrong. I literally asked the first time around too if she understood my order and she obviously did not but said she did. If you can’t understand or handle the workload, find another line of work somewhere else. Sheesh!

I am usually mad when I ha e to wait 20 minutes at the drive through at this Panda Express location, but today I ordered the food through the App at home and went inside to pick up the food. There was a few cars waiting in the drive through so I’m not about to wait in line there. It took me three minutes to pick up the food and leave since I already paid for it through the App. Their food is tasty but I just wish they used a lot less oil as it is just too greasy!

This Panda location is consistently disappointing. I waited over 15 minutes in line with no movement whatsoever. On top of that, they always seem to have a very limited selection — even when it’s nowhere near closing time. It really makes me miss living near the Panda on 6th Ave and I-10. That location was faster, better stocked, and far more reliable.

This Panda Express would get zero stars if it were possible. Both the service and food were terrible. We went thru the drive thru and the speaker volume was so low that it was inaudible at times. When I told the person working the speaker that i couldn’t hear her, she spoke up loud enough but her tone of voice became irritable and then she reverted back to an inaudible volume. When i got the bag of food i checked it to make sure it was correct and then asked for chopsticks. Oh my goodness, when she handed me the chopsticks, that young lady was giving me the most hateful, angry glare.

The orange chicken was definitely NOT like any other Panda Express location I have been to. The flavor was sour as though it had lemon juice on it. It was terrible! My husband thought so too. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever go to this location. I have been to other AZ panda express locations and the food was good so i know it is not an AZ thing.

As I pulled into this location the staff was at the front of the building chatting and waving brooms around. I ordered a plate at the drive through. I asked for a plate and was cheated an entree of Beijing beef. I tried calling the store several times to get this problem fixed and there was no answer it is approaching closing time. I’m sure if the staff was working instead of talking and waving brooms around the issue could have been resolved. This is disappointing.

My issue is not with the interaction with the employees bc I found them to be pleasant! The issue I have is paying $10 for my entree and drink and basically getting zero chicken in my meal! There were 3 bites in the entire dish! If other restaurants are being called out for similar, this one needs it as well! I won’t be returning to this restaurant bc I don’t enjoy being ripped off!

I feel a little ridiculous rating a fast food restaurant, but I’ve been to this location 3 times in the last year and it’s been excellent every single time.

It seems like they ran out of everything on the menu except Beijing beef because they replaced all of my entrees with that. They forgot to put the large entree of chicken egg rolls and decided it was a great idea to offer me to drive all the way back for my order or to get a refund. She refused to offer me a different solution after I told her I live far when there are Panda Express’s all over town. The lead Diane does not have social skills and does not know how to empathize or deliver any kind of customer service skills. It is a shame that all of these chain restaurants hire under qualified individuals without manners and don’t invest in training/coaching them to improve. I refuse to shop at a chain restaurant that does not deliver customer service.
