The employees were awesome! Very welcoming. The food was really good and looked very appealing. Chicken was moist and broccoli was delicious. The Beijing beef was very spicy and good. The white rice was very moist. Loved it!

Ordered the orange chicken and chow mein. What used to be a family favorite has now become the worst I’ve ever had. It tastes like yesterday’s leftovers. Chicken was hard as a rock and dry and the chow mein had absolutely no flavor. Will not be eating there again.

The rice was so hard and looks like its raw or not cooked. It is really a bad experience for me. I ordered a big plate. The entrees are okay but Lo Mein so dry and the rice, I did not eat the rice. I did not expect this because I am a panda lover. How it was prepared and cooked now is not okay.

Service was prompt and server was friendly. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. I had Kung Pao Chicken as one of my entrees and it tasted a little off. It was a fresh, just completed batch so it hadn’t been sitting a long time. But it has very little flavor and what flavor it did have didn’t really taste like Kung Pao Chicken. The teriyaki chick and chow mein noodles were okay. My wife had green bean chicken and teriyaki chicken and she said hers tasted fine.

My children love the teriyaki chicken from Panda Express however this location continually over cooks the chicken when going through the drive thru they put this burnt chicken under a layer of good chicken so you can’t see it. Panda Express is not cheap and my children will not eat the burnt chicken.

I never order a drink anywhere because it’s over priced sugar water but I did last night. Lid wasn’t on spilled 1/2 in my car window and my car is designed unlike most cars so part of my stereo got splashed. It’s a luxury car so everything is overpriced to fix. A very young drive through girl didn’t care. Never apologized and told me napkins in the bag. Never offered extra napkins for my car and my leg covered in sticky soda water. I had to ask for my debit card. Not given a receipt. I never raised my voice and I was raised to be polite. But I’m still a little shocked at the lack of customer service or human decency.

Just ordered from the drive thru. I got String Bean Chicken and Mushroom Chicken. You would think that ordering two chicken entrees that there would actually be some chicken! But in amongst the pile of beans and zucchini I got four tiny pieces of chicken. Less than one ounce. I just got charged $10 for a plate of vegetables! Don’t you train your staff on portion control? Feeling cheated!
