Love their buffet and have been going for years. Not many dine-in Pizza Huts left on the Coast (or anywhere, it feels). My only criticism is that the pizza buffet can feel very sparsely stocked with pizza, leaving diners to select from the dregs or to get up and down too often, to check for new pizza.

Nice location, friendly staff. Ordered a medium pan pepperoni with extra cheese. The problem was the pizza was very under cooked. I tried to eat a slice but decided to put it in the oven… after 15 mins in a 350 degree oven it was still doughy.

I placed an online order the system asked me how did I want it delivered I said I want to order contactless delivery I waited 45 minutes the pizza never arrived I checked the order on line and it said it was listed as a carry out I called the location and explain the manager Eric Upton was very rude and disrespectful I asked him why did he have to be rude he said I’m not rude you just don’t like what I’m telling you he told me I can keep your food in a hotbox for two hours but I can’t change it to a delivery I said it is not my problem that the system had a glitch after arguing with him for several minutes he then decided to deliver the pizza all of this was uncalled for she could have just did that in the first place I will never order here again. I asked him for the district managers name and phone number he said the district manager doesn’t give out his information what good is it to have a district manager if he is unreachable. I love this old school, dining room Pizza Hut. Sharing a sit down pizza experience from my childhood with my children is an experience worth the drive. Literally the only bad thing about the play is a nasty server named Joy. This woman is super rude, reeks like a bar room that’s been smoked in for 100 years and rushed us out of an otherwise empty dining room. While I was boxing up our leftovers I apologized for inconveniencing her. I would have left it at that, but when I went to pay she went to the back and talked to the manager. While paying I attempted to discuss her misconduct with the manager. Joy just couldn’t let me talk and the manager was unable to restrain her. She claimed that I only claimed to have problems to avoid tipping. I informed her as politely as I could that there was over a 10% tip sitting on the table.

I felt invisible, went in to pick up our pizza. Waited for awhile, then person got to cash register and waited on the person in front of me. Then another individual came to the register to authorize military discount for the man in front of me. I asked about picking up our pizza because didn’t realize there was drive up window. She said yes I can pick it up inside, then she leaves and told the man behind me that she will do his bill. Then woman at register finished with the person in front of me and told the woman behind me she would take her bill. Both women totally ignored me to serve others, just left me standing. The woman at the pick up register that had told me I could pick up the pizza finally saw me, when I threw my hands up to be noticed.

New visitor to Biloxi. They have a dine in option at this location as the other two pizza huts were takeout or delivery only. Great customer service. Clean restaurant for the most part in the dining area. Bathrooms could have been a bit more cleaner and refreshed. Can’t really go wrong with pizza hut. Ordered mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce and two veggie lovers pizza, one with thin crust and the other with pan crust. Delicious, warm and fresh.

My granddaughter loves pizza so she gets her cheese pizza and I get Hawaiian. I love their crust. I’m getting close to figuring it out and make it at home,but it’s more fun to go out and eat sometimes.
