The food was really good and the place was clean – not all pandas are the same and you probably know this if you eat here. Maria was everything you expect in a good manager and it shows with good customer service, cleanliness, and food that hasn’t been sitting around all day. I will eat here again

Ordered four 2 item plates and one arrived with no entree. When I called they blamed it on the DoorDash person for “picking up too early” and told us to come pick up the missing item. Funny how that happens on the third plate made but the 4th was fine. The point of delivery is not having to deal with people, and they basically said come in now or come in another time but otherwise too bad. They did give us a refund on the meal, but told us to not expect a refund for about 5 business days. All that and the orange chicken was cooked to a dry crisp anyway. Happy Birthday to me.

Everytime we go to Panda between 8pm and 9pm they are always out of certain things. There excuse is the fryers are off and that it will take 20 minutes to make the orange chicken. If a buisness is open until 9pm they should have everything available. Service has become very bad at this location. Food quality isn’t as good as it use to be. Atmosphere feels like you’re just another number. No longer sweet and sour sauce in warm containers. Comes in like cold ketchup style packet and they never will give you enough. It’s become a place not to visit anymore.

If I could give -10 stars I would. We made an online order an hour and a half before the store closed. Once we got there to pick up our food in the drive through, we were told (after a 10 minute wait for someone) that because “they stopped cooking we needed to come inside because our order was missing items”. Turns out, 4 of the 6 items we ordered they already ran out of. We already paid online so went inside to cancel the order and get our money back. The manager working stated she didn’t know what to do, so called her boss and handed the phone to my husband because she was too busy trying to fix all the other orders that were messed up. Well, the manager my husband spoke to gave ZERO care that this is happening and told him to “call the 800 number because there is nothing I can do”. Sitting here in the parking lot for 20 minutes now and still on hold with the 800 number. This has been the worst customer experience we have had in years. The manager inside saw that we were still in the parking lot and came out to see if we were able to get iour refund taken care of. We told her we are still on hold. She apologized stating her manager left the store early and that they are struggling and don’t even know how to close the regesters without their manager. She said the manager told them to stop cooking at 8:30 due to slow orders. What restaurant stops cooking TWO HOURS before closing on a Saturday???? And then to have absolutely no care about the customer, this was horrible!! We will not be coming back to Panda Express, they have officially lost us as a customer.

Honey Walnut Shrimp for 2 orders had zero walnuts! I also ordered honey sesame chicken breast with green beans and yellow peppers. My first bite, the yellow pepper, tasted like mold! The employees are wonderful. They are well groomed, polite, & very efficient. I arrived early & was happy to wait. I was given a free cold drink by a young man. Then a young lady copied my order off my phone & filled it right away. The beef in the beef & Broccoli entree was very tender. On the other hand, the Broccoli was too tough to chew. The Kung Pao Chicken was perfect as was the Beijing Beef & the Chow Mein. I Will be back.

Food was great as usual. But the service sucks. The young manager guy thinks he’s all that and a side of fortune cookie. He is legit mean to all the girls except 1. We sat and listened for 20 mins him flirting with one and giving out chore after chore to the rest. The fliritn was enough to make tpu lose ypur lucnh. Typical young worker tho, so not surprising

I like how this location has a drive thru; I’ve noticed some other nearby locations don’t. Service was quick and efficient, and since this location is a bit further out, there wasn’t any lines. The noodles were fresh, and they didn’t overdo it with the cabbage. The orange chicken was decent as well- not too dry, and the it came out nice and hot. The restaurant itself looks clean and well-maintained. There’s also plenty of parking nearby if you want to eat in your car.
