Was craving orange chicken so I decided to give Panda some love. My son and I had similar plates. First, the wait was ridiculous due to rice being cooked. My son went in and ordered I waited in the car. The meals look good until we dug in. The rice was dry and under cooked, the noodles were burnt and dry, the chicken pieces were all crust and super small (portions were super small). This isn’t the first time I had a bad experience but I decided to give them another try because everybody deserves a do over! NEVER AGAIN!

The counter staff is polite the inside is clean and well organized the interior could have more comfortable seats and is a little pricey especially the drinks. The lines could be faster but to get very upset about would be pointless. The Panda express at 10th street and Indian school is very slow when I have been there. The comfortable aspects of the seating and the drinks being too pricey and at times a bit slow make it a 4 instead of a 5. Actually I would give about a 4.2.

Maria at this location was exceedingly rude. I just had one of the worst experiences at panda I’ve ever had. I was offered to pay extra because I had to wait for my shrimp. No sense and extremely unprofessional. Wonder if being a black woman was the main issue.

26 cents for a tiny pack of sweet and sour sauce. Will not be eating at panda anymore.. It’s so petty. I’ll go to mom and pop Chinese from now on where I get as much sweet and sour sauce as I want for free. Sorry not sorry.

So first they didn’t put white rice on my plate like I had to repeatedly had to tell them then the lady ask me 3 times I wanted any sauces then continues to not put any in the bag like at all not even one soy sauce no utensils no napkins nothing then all the bag is nasty and saucy the plates came out all wet and it’s just not it !! We even went to a different panda bc the one by us messes up all the time and now this place wants to mess up like why can’t panda get it together but their employees always wanna be rude !!

I was so disappointed. I was tired and hungry after spending the day sitting in the car waiting for my daughter who I had to take to the emergency room. She had to be admitted to the hospital so I wasn’t happy about that. I had barely gotten into the food and noticed the curl of the strand! I took my fork and pulled it. Low, and behold, it was really a strand of hair! I grabbed my phone and took pictures! Lost my appetite and was thourghly disgusted!
