First off, I came to pick up an online order and my veggie spring rolls were soggy and cold. I said that I came for a online pick up then afterwards I also asked if I can have an order of cream cheese Rangoons. They only heard the online order part. I repeated it again twice and got no response. Once I got to the window to pick up the food I asked if they can add my order of cream cheese Rangoons and she kindly said, ” I’m sorry I can’t take your order at the window”. That’s fine we drove around again and ordered a medium side of cream cheese Rangoons. Now they give me this box and I open it and I just see this carcass of a Rangoon. It’s cool. Bad customer service wouldn’t come here again.

Their drive-thru is under construction and construction workers are having to avoid cars and direct traffic as people pull through. So I went to go pick up the food inside and someone had the brilliant idea of closing the lobby as well. Unless you’re doing construction on the lobby itself, you’re just forcing customers to have a bad experience and making me want to eat elsewhere.

Just went through the drive thru, got home and my orange chicken and fried rice were ice cold and the chicken was ROCK HARD…I couldn’t even chew it..The drive home is 2 minutes!! I get back in the car and drive back…go inside and complain the lady is Totally RUDE about it, tells me well this is the orange chicken you just got points at the cold food..it will be awhile before you can get fresh..I said well I’d like fresh, they told her it would only be 3 minutes…so the new fresh HOT orange chicken comes out, she proceeds to take that cold old orange chicken over to the drive thru side to serve to Togo customers. Absolutely disgusting never again will I go through the drive thru…and before switching it out she continued to serve it to multiple guests inside knowing I just told her it was cold and hard. Talk about lazy and disrespectful!! Knowingly serving poor food to people because she doesn’t care!!! The fact she tried to get me to not ask for fresh food was also embarrassing “if you want fresh hot orange chicken you’re going to wait awhile!” Apparently 3 minutes is awhile!! The best part is the manager was right there the whole time, didn’t ask why I was unhappy or why I was requesting new food because mine was so bad. Nothing. Just ignored the situation. So don’t go to the drive thru, god only knows how old the food they serve the customers in the drive thru actually is!! They replace the food sitting in the front with fresh food and move the old food to the drive thru area. Soo wrong and soo disgusting!!

Overall, the staff is nice but when you go through the drive-thru, the plate of food is never balanced. They actually gave me walnut shrimp and I am deathly allergic. If they care about their customers they’d be sure to serve them what they pay for, and not replace it with something else because they ran low.

Okay this has got to be the cheapest panda ever. I come here because it’s my local panda otherwise I wouldn’t… but there’s been plenty of occasions where I get their premium honey walnut shrimp or their new sizzling shrimp and they just give me veggies or walnuts and only 3 shrimps?! I’m paying extra for their “premium “ but definitely getting less food lol. If I wanted a side of veggies I would just get a side of veggies. Stop being so cheap with the portion sizes, it’s not like it’s coming out of your paychecks ….

This location is busy. Like, busy that ‘we’re outta certain options for the night’ 1.5 hours before the drive-through closes.

I only like it when an asain is cooking the food they put love in it but when I see Hispanic working it’s always burnt or way to salty and they mess up orders. Only place I trust is here I try to stay away from ghetto pandas places. When I know my food tastes gross I know it a Hispanic.

So this past Sunday(Mother’s Day) I ended up going in person to this Panda Express location. I originally planned to order online via Panda Express app but had technical issues in doing so. Their policy on delivery of orders is that you have to use Panda Express app. I got over $70(couple of orders of Family Meals)of food for my former co-workers at Phoenix VA Healthcare System for sentimental reasons and Mother’s Day. I had a schedule that day requesting delivery of food including tip for driver. The cashier Gabriel C. made no objections for my request. After I checked out and paid bill, I asked about delivery to confirm and I was told to leave food by drink fountains. That struck me as being odd. I started to doubt cashiers credibility, looked at my receipt and noticed no tip charge for “driver”. I played his game, waited 15 minutes at table with food purchased and nothing happened. I finally had to ask cashier why food purchased and q was not put in safe location to prevent theft and deal with delivery? He acted as though nothing wrong happened in transaction.
