I worked in food service for a long time and can say the store always looks great for one. 80% of the time my orders are spot on. At the most only “issues” ive had was missing sauce packets and one time i got a bad piece of teriyaki chicken , and very small portions of shrimp and steak. But majority of the time food is amazing and cooked amazing regardless!

Staff was really rude. I wasn’t having the best day and all I wanted was Walnut Shrimp. I ordered my husband his chicken and then ordered my shrimp separately. I paid for my food then checked my order- two orders of chicken. I said I ordered the shrimp and they said “that’s not what your receipt says” and I’m like… I don’t care what it says I want the shrimp I know I ordered. And they told me I’d have to pay for a whole other order plus the wrong order so I just left. Super rude and annoying I had to pay for their mistake. Not even a sorry we got the order wrong. She basically just accused me of not knowing what I was talking about and did nothing to help me and I never even got my shrimp.

Wow the reviews on this place are Either really good or…. Really bad. My family and I will occasionally go here and we have never had an issue. The food is always, the staff is friendly but nothing exceptional. We got there around 630 and we were able to get in and enjoy our food there.
I got the orange chicken and fried rice in a bowl and shared it with my son. My brother got the noodles, lemon chicken, and the orange chicken. Like I said before they greeted us, got our food out warm, and the staff was kind. The cashier even noticed my son and gave an extra fortune cookie for him to enjoy. So well done on that part.
On some of the reviews I noticed they complained about portion sizes, food getting cold, rude staff, or bad customer service. We have never experienced that, but we also realize that inflation has really screwed up the fast food industry, and people always need more training. Maybe a bad day on the staff? Or a bad staff member needs to go? Anyways I am always willing to give a second chance as long as it wasn’t violent or excessive. People always make mistakes and most people deserve a second chance.
If you do decide to come, there is a lot of construction on 2000. It is best to come south on 2000 to avoid crossing lanes because again people are people and can be extremely rude when driving. Making it difficult to cross over.

Went here today planning to use the titan football fundraiser card. They said that they aren’t doing it anymore, even though the card is valid through July of this year and they’re told that when they sign up. If you aren’t going to honor a discount for the entire year purchased, don’t sign up to be a part of it! They also didn’t do a full 2 servings of orange chicken in our plate which we paid full price for because they aren’t honoring the fundraiser. Overall bad experience.

Ordered the family meal on the app, was going to be ready at 9:06pm.
Went to pick up at 9:18pm maybe??
Called at 9:27pm when I got home and realized that the entrees were only filled to half to 3/4 of the way. They said I cannot come back to get replacement entrees because they close at 9:30 (google says they close at 10pm) and that the only solution is to add me to the replacement list and I can come in tomorrow to pick those up.

I was running some errands nearby and I decided to stop to get some food. I got the family pack and I’m really impressed with the quality of the food. Normally I visit the store located on 12th street in Ogden. Normally I get “noodles pure”, dry rice and the entrees are not exceptional. I was really impressed with the quality of the food I got today from this location (Clinton). Noodles were amazing, the rice was good and the entrees were so delicious, everything tasted fresh. Good job.

This place always skimps on food and the food is never ready. They always have you wait out front. Then, even if you request it, they almost always forget the TERYAKI SAUCE OR fortune cookies. Do better… in my pic you will see how we receive the food. It looks like they were trying to spread the orange chicken across the plate to look like more- like if they are stretching it or ran out. This is very common.

Haven’t had anything from this location in a few years. The food I had was disgusting and not cooked very well this evening. Hardly any noodles. Shrimp was very soft and the breading just slid right off. Also had no sauce on it. Chicken was awful. Rice had no flavor. I’ve never experienced bad food from this one but definitely not getting it again.

I honestly don’t know why they have a 3.5 star. I go through the drive though 99% of the time but I always have a good experience, the food is always hot, they give me what I order and it’s good. I enjoy the food which is alot to say for post the fast food chains around Layton. They also always give generous portions and I almost always struggle to finish it lol.

I always have an issue when I go here. I don’t know why I keep trying. Before, I’ve waited over 20 minutes and watched everyone behind me receive their food ahead of me, I’ve received wrong items, I’ve had poor service; the list goes on.
Today, my card declined. I called Mastercard and they said my card is fine, it’s a problem with the store’s terminal. Fine. Whatever. It happens. I get home to eat my food and find a giant piece of cabbage in my noodles and a quarter of an onion in my son’s noodles. Not to mention they left my food on the counter (not even behind the counter) to get cold when I had to go get a different card because their machine was not working. They could have put it near a warming lamp at least. I think it’s time to give up and not frequent this location anymore. I’ve never had a good experience and only go here when I don’t want to drive all the way to a good restaurant. Always disappointed
