I’m not from the area and this was some of the best Taco Bell I’ve had in a long time. I was driving home from Illinois and saw the Sun Prairie locations were poorly rated but this was mostly positive.

Must have new owner or something.. there products have been just awlful. I am paying $5+ for a taco and hardly any veggies on it any more. They use to make them good quality . Now they skimping big time. Been Disappointed every time I go there. I keep asking myself why do I? I think today was the last straw… paid $6 and extra meat and no extra meat and hardly any veggies. Should have bought 6x of those $1. Plain chicken . Just been very disappointed these last 6 months. There are Better places to go to get better quality or equivalent to a $6 steak taco.

Ordered Mexican pizza, beef 5 layer burrito supreme, beef burrito supreme, and a beef gordita supreme. Did not get the 5 layer, instead is was a beef supreme. Heck the burrito supreme wasn’t even made correctly! The burritos are so skinny now, at least start using a smaller tortilla! It’s ridiculous to have all that tortilla wrapped so many times! Sad sad sad.

On average the taco bell service I’ve received is average, not exceptional by any means but not terrible in most cases. With that.. i have found when ordering things like fiesta potatoes and ordering for them to have extra cheese, have the time you can see the workers really slacked on what they gave you with barely any actual extra cheese.

They employees are trying to get everything done fast and are not listening to they orders. my order was all messed up because they order filler was in a hurry. I’m tired of them doing this probably won’t be coming back for a while.

I made an online order from the Taco Bell app, when I realized that the location was wrong I corrected it. But I noticed a sharp increase in price $1 items were now $1.60 and the price of my order went from just under $12 to $17.20. I almost cancelled the order, but since I had someone with me I didn’t want to wait at Culvers.

The only thing that I ordered was not supposed to have tomatoes on it, we always double check because I am allergic to them of course it was over loaded with them. It even had no tomatoes on the receipt.
