I have tried this place several times now and every time it gets worse! The first time they forgot the teriyaki sauce(I live over an hour away) when I brought this to their attention the following week they said yeah they run out from time to time. When I asked for a some sort of retribution due to the fact the chicken was not edible without the sauce as it literally went in to the garbage, they said no I should I’ll f of called and let them know even if they were out! Second time I went I ordered the sizzling shrimp it was ok and was reasonably priced, I also ordered a meal that was acceptable the third time I preferred the sizzling shrimp again only this time it was smothered in waaay too much sauce and the majority of it was green beans massive lack of onions and carrots with about 6-7 pieces of shrimp for wait for it $15!!!! Like seriously over priced and sauced I couldn’t even eat it all it was way too saucy. Absolute disregard for quality and understanding of customer service! I asked to speak with the manager the second trip and she was so rude and disrespectful I am surprised she still has a job there is no way she would last anywhere of quality as a manager. Disappointed and will not be giving them another opportunity to basically provide me with subpar food and service.

On June 9, I visited this location just as the heavy rain was hitting Lewiston. The ladies working made sure I had enough paper towels for my face and glasses and let me know that complimentary (rain) showers are included with every order!

Good was pretty good. If like a little more sauce on the teriyaki chicken and the rice was dry other than that food was great. Leaky toilet in ladies room. Other than that it was wonderful and clean.

This has ALWAYS been a GREAT Panda Express. Tonight we arrived right at closing time. Food was still fresh and wonderful, and they allowed us to go ahead and dine in even though they were closing. Love this Panda!!

During the pandemic this location refused to myself and my best friend! I wore a mask but my best friend has asthma and she couldn’t wear a mask! We were refused services from this location and this happened after the fact mandatory face mask where removed! Epic fail on Lewiston Idaho location! Also a employee of the business came outside and photograph my license plate to try to accuse me of something! Epic fail for the Lewiston idaho location!
