Me and my brother came in for lunch at around 1:45pm today (Sunday). I haven’t had McDonalds in over 10 years because the hamburgers were usually dry, tasteless, and seemed like they came out of a warmer. What I got was the complete opposite of that. The hamburger (double quarter pounder) was freshly made, hot, and juicy. All the toppings tasted great and came out the way I ordered (no mustard). The service was really good too. We ordered using the kiosks, grabbed the number tents and sat at a table. The food did not take long to be delivered to our table (maybe 10 minutes). The girls that waited on us, I think one was in training, even brought our drinks/condiments to us. I’ll take McDonalds a little more seriously next time I’m in the mood for a hamburger.

Good team here. Personnel is super friendly and they help each other, adding to the good vibe. I saw a good flow at the drive thru ( i was inside). They even took the time to ask me if i needed something else while eating. Will come again! 🙂 ordered at noon on dec 29 2025.

The red head lady working the front counter today is really killing the atmosphere in this store.
I understand things happen, like large unexpected events, but loudly and openly complaining about how y’all weren’t prepared while kids and parents are eating in the lobby isn’t a good look.
It’s also not a good looking openly saying she hates that people can order online and do door dash. Since I placed my order online, I’ll be sure to make sure to go to another McDonald’s establishment where my online order isn’t ridiculed while I’m standing wait for it.

This mcd’s used to be the best ever. Always fresh. Hot. ALWAYS. But in the past year the service is absolutely terrible. First off, way off topic, the floors are just absolutely disgusting in the lobby. If you use tide laundry powder, it will remove that nasty sticky dirty stuff, BUT ON TO THE REAL POINT, the food is terrible but I really needed to eat, as I’m working and I haven’t eaten today, so I needed something fast DESPERATELY. WELL, I WAS DESPERATE ALRIGHT. If youre going to give people burgers that were sitting around in their wrappers under a heat lamp so the bun is all stiff ( that was probably a messup), AT LEAST put my toppings on their that weren’t already on there but supposed to be on there. I asked extra onions, no onions, extra pickles, one pickle. & the fries, YES I ATE THOSE CARDBOARD STICKS, I WAS DESPERATE & HUNGRY, but it’s absolute trash that your manager can’t even change their grease, have the nerve to serve redropped old fries and let them sit around to get cold and still use them. That’s why the new taco bell down the road is so packed now. Nobody wants this kind of food, unless you have kiddos to feed or yourself to feed quickly and even then, I drive OUT OF THE WAY to the fort gratiot location if I want to take my kids because 3 out of 5 times the food is terrible and if those are the standards, well that’s just terrible.
Reedit: ordered 2 bacon and cheese biscuits, no egg and some hashbrowns. Literally the biscuits had eggs and no bacon. The hashbrowns were cold. This place is ridiculous. The service is absolutely terrible.
Yesterday, I stopped for a burger because this ultimately is the only place for fast food in the area and being on the road for work all day you just have to eat quick. I asked for a cheeseburger light sauce and they added a large amount of mayo and mac sauce TO A CHEESEBURGER which only comes with ketchup and mustard. I said light sauce. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out burgers and fries. But somehow some mediocre adults can’t even follow simple directions or they just really don’t care about their sales or customers that they are doing this stuff on purpose. AND UPON WAITING FOR MY REMAKE, THE LADY WAS EXTREMELY RUDE ABOUT IT WHEN I ASKED HOW LONG IT WOULD BE, SINCE I HAD ALREADY WIAITED IN THE LOBBY FOR ABOUT 15 MINS ALONG WITH THE 7 OTHER PEOPLE WHO WERE WAITING ON FOOD AND MESSED UP ORDERS. SHE SAYS “YEAH, ILL GET TO THAT IN A MINUTE.” WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS IT WHEN YOU CANT EVEN KEEP YOUR KITCHEN IN CHECK AND YOU LEAVE CUSTOMERS JUST WAITING FOREVER ON FOOD THAT THEY PAID FOR THAT WAS RIDICULOUSLY MESSED UP. PUT YOUR ACES IN YOUR PLACES & TRAIN UP YOUR STAFF PROPERLY AND YOU WONT HAVE THIS ISSUE.

The food that is cooked is delicious but is junk food. But the service in the drive-thru and the cooks are exemplary. I frequent the establishment for the ambiance. Josh and Ashley, who are the cashier staff, always exude a positive attitude that enhances my day. I also interact with Ashley and Logan, who are dedicated to ensuring that the customer and myself receive the correct bag for our food. Josh, Logan, and Ashley are my regular companions every day and they are genuinely kind, hardworking, and dedicated i even got a friendly wave from a cook. I love the people that work here thank you all!

This was my every morning ritual stop,I go in every morning on my way to work. This morning I asked about a monopoly piece on a McGriddle, the manager started screaming at me for it, she was rude, loud, and insulting. So unfortunately I will never go back to this location, I was treated so horribly because I asked a question. I will miss saying good morning to the old timers that greet me every morning there, but unfortunately, you shouldn’t treat customers that way ever.

Young, blonde, boy who I was told is the manager- with glasses sucking using profanity while frazzled, to the point customers can hear it. Order takers seem to never get a simple order correct. Only thing consistent, is their mistakes and management’s attitude problem.

And my mcchicken i ordered with pickle and onion had one single pickle slapped in the middle
The only thing that was correct was my mcchicken with extra lettuce
