As a Florida native, I grew up on Five Star pizza. As I have moved and traveled around the US (now living in Charlotte, NC) nothing compares to the consistency of quality, value, and flavor. Every time I come to visit family and friends in Florida, my first priority is to plan when I am getting pizza from Five Star. Any location – from Jacksonville to Tampa I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve even ordered a pizza for pickup just to be able to bring it back home to Charlotte with me and continue enjoying it. It’s unbeatable. My go to order is a Pepperoni Powerhouse – absolute perfection. Thick, sweet cheese and a mound of delicious pepperonis. They even have brownies that I especially enjoy – warm em up in the oven beforehand and it’s perfection.
For this particular order, our delivery was prompt and the food was hot and perfect. The delivery driver even met our energy when we added a “password” in the delivery notes (password was “Paul Rudd”).
As you can see in my photo, I couldn’t even take a photo before I enjoyed a few slices. Nothing stands in my way of Five Star.
Amazing. If you don’t get it, you’re missing out. But that’s fine, more for me 🙂

Tough night. Place was slammed and having a couple of order issues. Normally, I’d tear em apart but … They Tried!
Poor driver had a hard time being understood when he called. Dinner was late. But the DM and GM took it personally. My food was hot and awesome as ever. I asked em not to worry about it but they still went the extra to apologize and delivered themselves. That’s our home town pizza favorite. Thanks guys for making it right.

We love Five Star Pizza. Ordering is easy. This time I called in my order and the staff member was pleasant, repeated my order and informed me of the cost and time when my pizza would be ready. My pizza was ready as promised and hot! It was made to my specifications and was delicious!

Pissed customer: So not only did the driver show up about an hour late,he came to my door and practically broke it down by knocking so loud at 2:30 am it brought my neighbors outside. When going to ask for his information because of his poor customer service skills,the driver jumped into his vehicle,slammed the door and sped off. With his attitude I’m scared to eat my food because God knows what you could have done to it with the type of hostile service given. Ordered for 6:30 pm delivery 3 hours in advance, received an email at 6:30 my order was out for delivery, it arrived at 6:52, the pizza was barely warm and the wings were cold. Normally deliveries are on time and the food is great, not this time. Gonna have to switch back to Marco’s.

I am only rating based on my many pizza orders from Five Star. For years this has been our “PIZZA” but my last 3 orders have been mediocre but tonight’s pizza has been the worst Five Stars has ever delivered to my home. It may be time to find a new pizza delivery.

We ordered the Deluxe 18” pizza . It was delicious!!! The crust was just right not too doughy and not too dry. Delivery was just as promised within 40 mins and the driver was pleasant even on this busy game day. Will order again soon! Go Gators

Tons of bang for your buck! We had a coupon that gave us an 18 inch pizza for just $15.
Pizza was not heavily seasoned, but the cheese and crust were delicious. They are right to advertise their Wisconsin cheese since it truly stands out among competing pizza chains. The sauce wasn’t exceptional, but again the pizza was great over all.
We also ordered garlic knots, which were fairly average as far as competitors compare. They were a little dense for my liking, but that’s just an opinion.
Overall, I would order from here again.

Today was my first time ordering from Five Star Pizza and they totally knocked my socks off! We ordered the chicken wing and pizza special for 25 bucks, that was well worth it! We also got the bacon chicken ranch pizza which was amazing!!! Wings were cooked well and flavorful. We also got the pepperoni rolls which were also amazing! We surely will be giving them another try their menu looks amazing as well, plenty of choices. I must also tell you that the delivery was quick and efficient and the driver was pleasant.
