Honestly, I love Panda Express, but the food at this location was just not good. Lukewarm at best, and the flavor was off, I don’t think we got fresh food. I understand that there are difficulties with supplies sometimes, but I think that running out of orange chicken is especially egregious for a Panda Express location.

This place was on point. Robert the store manager was so inviting and welcoming. Logan was very nice as well and just super awesome guys. I will certainly be back. This particular location I feel is always busy so they constantly keep making fresh food!

These guys and gals can make some SHMACKIN’ food. Everything was delicious, hot and ready, smoothly operated, and everyone was very pleasant to talk to. Jackson and Ryan in particular were stellar in their service and conversational skills, and both looked rather dashing in their uniforms I might add. They alone made this experience the best I’ve had at a Panda Express and have earned this location my business moving forward. I do love for my food to be delivered in a timely manner and by individuals whose eyes glisten with the reflection of their bright future and are clearly just one step into their journey of greatness. Nicely done gents.

I love Panda Express, but this time, for my first time ever, I was served NOT fresh food. So dissapointed about it. It must stuff who dont care. I took a plate with half fried rice and half cho mein with chicken teriyaki and angus steak. The only fresh thing from the plate was fried rice. Angus steak were spicy, it never suppose to be though. Cho mein had a wierd taste of food, that were cooked couple days ago. And chicken teriyaki was like a piece of wood or smthing. Of course I did not eat it, but the part I tried, make me feel not good. Will try to never use this location again.

I was extremely disappointed in MARKUS who was not happy with serving us. He was reluctant to serve us, help us or fill our family feasts. All broccoli no beef, fill 80 percent of the containers and the comments were rude to say the least. Apparently he needs to be retrained- no customer service skills. These kids have the gull to think they are going to be managers tomorrow. Just terrible.

We’ve been to this location many times over the last year. Overall the food is usually fresh so no complaints there, however the service is horrible if you try to go inside. The staffing doesn’t seem right. Having to wait over 30 minutes with just 5 people in front of us is not acceptable. The staff prioritizes the drive through and online orders, only once online orders are completed they take orders for people waiting in line inside the restaurant. People inside the restaurant should be prioritized over online orders AND if they’re short staffed or can’t handle all three (drive thru, online orders and people inside the restaurant) then the online ordering should be shut down until the inside line is taken care of first.

Panda Express is a descent buffet style restaurant serving nice selection of Chinese cuisine type of food. The establishment was well maintained and clean, customer service was great, and while everything appeared great, the servers need to slow down a tad bit as no not fumble with serving the food, just seemed a little rushed and sloppy. On a very good note, the food was excellent, very tasty, and filling.
