Normally this place is pretty good but today was disappointing. We ordered a 12 piece chicken nuggets. As you can see by the picture there are about 10 good nuggets and the rest are leftover fried scraps. With the price of food, I’d appreciate the full amount.

Chick Fil A South Point Belmont team was amazing! They were able to make us a catering order at the last minute for 150 people. The food was hot delicious and they worked so hard and fast! Jordan the manager had all hands on deck and we can’t thank all the employee’s enough for their hard work yesterday at 10:00am!

INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!! Chick Fil A South Point, Belmont, NC feeds our team of 150 in 20 minutes!! They went Above & Beyond when our caterer fell through at 9:30 am for a 10:00am meeting . I walked into the store and asked what they could do in 20 min for a catered brunch. I walked out in 20 minutes with chicken mini trays, fruit bowls, 62 yogurt parfaits, gallons of tea…. AND they made sure we had all the utensils, plates, napkins, straws & condiments. Ali , Lance , Noel and the whole team filled our car with Chick Fil A! We can’t thank Jordan the manager and her whole team for their kind and quick response to save our brunch!

This is a really nice family friendly location. All the employees are friendly with good vibes and a great attitude towards costumers. They seem to decorate nicely every season and during Christmas season they do some fun activities for the kids.

I really hate to give the company a bad review but I hope it is taken seriously. Today when I commented that I was sorry for holding the line up to check our order but we have had issues. The comment back from the employee was nonchalantly yeah that happens…….Food is fine, service and lack of detail is not. For the last 6 months we average 35% of our orders not filled correctly, always something left out. Sometimes I have time to check and they immediately fix the problem, they will fix the problem if I go back but we live too far to do this. Today the soup lid was not secured in the bottom of the bag also…you know what happened….Please focus on your employees and how they read the order and package the food. Thanks.
Update 12/12/25. Service is no better, in fact missed another item on our mobile order after getting pushed ahead to wait with two other cars. Going to 2 stars for not improving.

As good as any well run Chick-fil-A, but just watch out during the school year because the south point high school and Belmont Middle School can really make that place hectic. Otherwise great place.
