Finally, all the plates made that I wanted including the super greens and chicken with green beans; they even had the fire chicken. I have walked out of panda express in Phoenix and los angeles because they discontinued the food I enjoy. Good to see this panda making and having ready enjoyable and healthy dishes.

Small portions! Beef Broccoli was dry & tough. 11am and had to wait for the Super Greens. Dont waste your money and time here.

Everytime I visit, they make you wait 15 minutes while everybody is scrambling to make to go orders. Just now, I was the only person in line and they prioritized every to-go order as it came in while I waited. When they finally got to me, they told me the teriyaki chicken was reserved for to-go orders only. There was a whole tray of teriyaki chicken in the prep area. It was 11:30 right at the start of the lunch rush and the rest of their teriyaki chicken was frozen, according to them. They should just close the dining area and make it a take out restaurant.

Next time I’ll order from home and pick it up – it would be faster and I’d have access to the whole menu. You think I’m joking but it’s true – a friend and I tried it to see, and he got his food before I did!

Another strange thing they do is they put all your food in a plastic bag and take out containers, even if you’re going to eat in the dining area. The trash can in the restaurant is full of plastic bags and the white bulky take out boxes. I don’t know if the general manager is an environmentalist or not, but he’s a businessman (I hope!) and they’re literally throwing away and wasting their inventory.

I’ve spoken to the manager several times but he doesn’t seem to mind. Alienating your in person customers and wasting money on plastic bags is no way to run a business! Do better, weirdos.

I usually just review places that I really like (5 stars) because I don’t like to write bad reviews; however, this Panda location deserves an exception. Place is clean and the food tastes like every other Panda.

Both service and portions are awful and the lady even got mad when I asked if that was the normal portion. She then proceed to ignore and just behave rudely (even getting mad because I asked for soy sauce; didn’t even give me a single pack)

Won’t be coming back to this location.

Came in and couldn’t even get a smile from the manager. I guess since they had recently opened, but nonetheless you’re open. Anyways, he was stingy with portions. Normally the bowl is filled nicely. He just seemed annoyed. Next time a good morning and smile goes a long way in customer service being you’re the example. I’ll just choose not to come back in general…

Second time coming in week. Second time waiting for entrees not ready. It’s actually comical the amount of empty entree dishes. Two hours before closing time.

I feel bad leaving this review but the service really sucked this time. the employee was a young lady with thick black glasses, lipstick, and black or dark brown hair (there’s two that look alike, I think it was the one that’s taller and has a slimmer face). first off, she gave us less than a spoonful (of the ladle/serving spoon) of the rice and chow mein, when other locations give like 2-3 spoonfuls. the weird thing is that she gave the usual 2 spoonfuls to the people after us. then the really weird thing is that I asked the same employee for a water cup and she straight-up told me they didn’t have any, so I assumed maybe they ran out for the day or something. the other person with me (not knowing I had already asked) went back and asked her, and she gave her one no questions asked. like that’s such a weird thing to lie about and for what I went back and asked another employee for the water cup and he gave it to me but like why would the lady deny me a water cup? they’re free?

also the chow mein was 80% veggies, so I basically only got less than 1 spoonful of both of my sides total. they also didn’t give us teriyaki sauce even though we both got teriyaki chicken. the lady employee also didn’t ask if we wanted appetizers, she immediately went to check us out and I had to tell her that we wanted spring rolls (maybe that annoyed her, who knows).

it was just a weird experience. probs won’t come back for awhile.

The service is bad, workers having obnoxiously loud conversations and when they finally attend you, they rush you. I’ve had no issues at other pandas in El Paso, this type of service at this location seemed too off putting to not call out

Today is a Saturday morning at 10:20 AM. This place opens up at 10 AM. There was only two employees. One was busy making food and the other one was also making food but did come up to the front and didn’t even ask me what I was going to order. I waited for five minutes and I still got no help from either of them. One of them that was making the food just kept staring at me. So I had to walk out and didn’t even get to eat anything. What a disappointment and they lost out on business

We came for lunch it’s 12:33 pm and they were out of everything. They kept telling us it would take a long time for brown rice, greens, broccoli and beef, string beans and beef and orange chicken. Can you believe they were out. We had to buy jus noodles for our crying toddler.
