Has anyone ever had a good experience at the Del Rio PANDA EXPRESS?! Seriously though?!?! I’m so sick and tired of them never having the entrees and then just for them to also have us waiting in the parking lot for our food for about an hour. I went to panda at 7:45pm to get my parents dinner. Got out of work at 7:30pm, only to not get my food until 8:42pm and still be missing food. Then I walk in there to get my order complete and instead of the girl that is standing at the service line attending me she just stands there to ignore me and makes the only young girl there that’s sweeping stop to attend me. Like FR. What’s the point of y’all having all those workers if no one can atleast put out the menu items that everyone has to accommodate too and with a good timely service.

This has got to be the most “sold-out of the items you want” panda express out there. Not to mention that it’s incredible how it can take two cars 15+ minutes to get through the drive through at a place where the food is supposedly already made and just has to be scooped into a box. The employees and their service are fine, but its almost like this place is sacrificing customer satisfaction to save pennies on what items they prepare and when.

Worst location i have ever been to. Iv been here 4 times trying to see of maybe the times iv gone was bad timing but boy no . Never have any food ready . Lines are huge inside and out of people waiting for the food to come out. And if they do have food its a limit amount of choices. Don’t waist your time here its a huge 0!

If I could leave 1/2 star I would. I’ve been to this location 3 or 4 times in the last 2 months, and every time I order something, they’re out of it. 3 or 4 items at a time. The GM needs to be replaced, because s/he is obviously not ordering the correct amount of anything. I’m never going back here again, unless management is changed.

I work just about over an hour away I ordered in advanced and got stiffed. Egg rolls were not in my order. I knocked on the door because it was closed and it was raining. I called restaurant after I got home to sit rest and eat dinner and was greeted by someone who didn’t even tell me what she was doing after I told her. So I will just leave it at that.

Avoid this place. Nothing was ready and we had to wait 20 mins for our order for food that should be ready to go. The staff was just standing around and showed no sense of urgency. Also, the dining room was very cold with the AC on during 35 degree weather. Not a good experience.

Used the drive thru 1st order only contained half a plate, waited 15 minutes for mushroom chicken that wasn’t even in the plate, came around the drive thru again and was asked to pull around and waited another 10 minutes, ordered was still missing items, got down and and to wait again for items that were in the processing of making, total time for the order was about 1 hr 45 minutes, including the drive to and back home. Always have issues at this location.
