I waiting for a good 8+ minutes, the person behind me left! I finally asked if the speaker was working, very rudely she said “yes, give me a minute” I will never go to this Burger King again….EVER
I never do reviews but the owner of this franchise should be aware of how customers are being treated! It’s easy to say ”I’ll be with you in a minute”

So I go here in the morning time after I left Home Depot I wanted a nice hot coffee and hey, I’ll get a croissant with cheese go through the drive-through place. My order first it took five minutes for them to take my order. I was about to pull off and just go on the inside then once I placed my order to get my food, I have a croissant with no cheese. The bread was just stuck to the paper as if the person microwaved it too long so I go Back to get my order corrected and she’s telling the cook the person in the kitchen is supposed to have cheesy say it don’t there arguing back-and-forth. It was just so unprofessional and people need to take their jobs more serious.

Waited to order for about 6 minutes. No one helped. Pulled around and the workers were sitting around talking to each other. I ordered and it took 10 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers. Why is this location still open??? It’s terrible service

Placed a mobile order, was nervous it would be cold when I got there, but I think they actually waited until I got to the speaker. The lady working the drive through was so polite. I had a question and she was able to answer no problem. All of the food was hot and fresh. Would definitely go back to this location.
