Two weeks in a row, my order was incomplete. I only go, because my grandsons love your teriyaki chicken. I can do w/o your food & service. Last week my order was incomplete, due to your AI drive thru board. It is always wrong on my 1/2 order, even though I fully state I want 1/2 white rice & broccoli. Although this was a day that broke my spirit. I finally placed a call to complain. My issue was resolved over the phone & would be corrected upon my next visit, per management. On 19 Feb 26 they “Finally” got my 1/2 & 1/2 order correct. Although I was charged for spring rolls & NEVER received them. I attempted to place a call, but no one answers. I feel my order was purposely, sabotaged, due to my last complaint. I don’t want “FREE” food, I would like my order to be correct. Instead of rushing your customers through the drive thru, take the time & inattentive to double check the orders, before handing it out the window. You have left me in a position, where I will have to do your job, from this day forward. I will have to double check my own order before pulling out, slowing down your orders & process. Easy fix!!!

Guys, please stop ignoring delivery drivers. I’ll watch the cashier have a clear break in customers and two ppl delivery behind and she goes to help the line refill. I seen my order in front of me and waited close to 10 min before. Please regulate the delivery ppl its a quick check to see if ready if not atleast we know to wait.

Ordering was great. When I got home, usually the veggies are steamed, this time overcooked. Hardly any nutrition left. Usually sizzling shrimp they never spice it up. If it’s supposed to then great, if not it was spicy. This is the first time they did poorly. It’s Tuesday. I’ll try to not come on Tuesdays. I wanted to go to Wendy’s, but there was a line. So I decided to go here.
Update: 06/11/23- Well, here I am Sunday and the food has improved greatly. Veggies steamed and crisp.
Update: 01/03/2025: I know it’s near closing time and I know the food’s not going to be all that fresh and great. My issue was if they didn’t have any more chicken and green beans they could ask me if I wanted something else. Instead I was met with spice! It’s not supposed to be spicy. And I don’t like spicy food so 3/4 of my food was good. The other quarter I couldn’t eat it so I wasted my money. So I wouldn’t come here late at night if you expect to get the correct order on your meal or anyone to ask you if you would like something else.
Next time I would appreciate it if someone could ask me if I would like something else. I’m not going to get angry. I just want something that I like.
Update: 01/25/25: Wow! This afternoon my meal was beautiful, portioned just right and fresh! I even got packets of different kinds. I never ask for them, but it was a pleasant surprise. Server Rose M. set me up good and the cook. Thanks, guys, I loved it!

They don’t pick up there phones when called so I had missing items.
The food I got tasted weird so I did not get to eat it.
They don’t follow when it comes to how much sauce thats request.
I could drive up there and say something but instead I will not order from this location and will not go to the location.
Don’t waste money if you request delivery your better going in and watching over them and checking your orders.

I ordered through the app and didn’t see an option to put my address, but my name was already filled in so I assumed it would deliver to the last place I had ordered to. Instead, when I checked on the ETA I saw an address I haven’t lived at for over a year and I had no option to edit the address. I tried calling this location since that’s where I ordered to, but no one answered my many attempts to call. $18 down the drain and I’m still hungry. Don’t use the app!

Well firts time here and I have the worst experience ever we waiting in line for 25 min this employees don’t care about dine in just making orders for drive thru Wowwww at this point we are ignored by this girls I can’t believe it what a bad attitude what a bad customer service ok the floor by the soda machine was wet I almost fell is a mess soda machine also is leaking no napkins wowww portions to small for the price very very sad experience thank you Panda Express at this point I waste my money my time please stop by other location or other place if around this area I get a dry teriyaki chicken the last piece in the trays I mean please give me a fresh food I going to pay

Ordered online, stood in the online pickup area staring at my food for almost 10min as multiple employees just walked past me. Alexa was at the register and she kept looking at me and when I trued to politely ask for my order she just ignored me and turned away. It was actually comical ! LOL

The 1 star was due to the AI at the drive thru. Not only was it frustrating to order with, but this trend of replacing people with AI is ridiculous. Corporate greed is out of control. Staff was great, food was fine, typical Panda Express otherwise. But any company or franchise that goes down this AI route is one star.

So I get our food we waited an hr for. And my son’s meal is completely missing his entree, my meal I ordered the 3 entrée. I’m pregnant and needed the beef and broccoli. I can’t make this up. I had two pieces of beef. I’m pretty upset about the price you pay for what you expect from places and people not caring enough to provide the service they are paid for. Not sure what other people are seeing or tasting, for me and my children each time we tried this place it has been subpar, this is the 3rd chance. I’ll try to look into local places. I’m not sure if it’s the shifts or what. We have been for lunch, and now dinner and it’s the same.. do better
