My girlfriend and I were looking for a new place to have breakfast and had always seen Bob Evans but never had it. I was disappointed that we hadn’t stopped here sooner. Friendly staff and fantastic entrees. If you’re on the fence, let this be your sign to try them out.

My husband had the turkey meal which was good as always. I had the new Garlic Lemon Chicken which is absolutely delicious. I hope it stays on the menu . This meal option is new this year and sure hope they keep it. I’ve had it 4 times now and it’s been delicious everything but once . I had it delivered one of the times and that day , it was not so great. I think it was a different cook that day or something cause it just wasn’t the same. The staff are most all the time , great. Our last trip was a little different, as everyone working seemed to not be really tuned in to the customers but it was still a good visit overall.

Best biscuits and gravy hands down. I’ve tried so many small restaurants, mom and pop shops. None of them ever have biscuits and gravy that even close to Bob Evans. Bob Evans also has some of the best breakfast sausages around . Bathrooms at this specific location really need some love though. Service is always good.

I stopped in for breakfast early in the morning this week and all in all, they did a very nice job. My server Sam was friendly and helpful, and stopped back a number of times to top off coffee and make sure I had everything I needed. My steak tips omelette came out quickly and was hot, well-prepared, and nicely presented. Better yet, my food tasted every bit as good as it looked. The decor of the restaurant is clean, updated and well-lit, with the upholstery on all the booths just having been redone. My one nitpick would be that the coffee was not hot, it was just warm, but it wasn’t enough of a big deal to take away a star.

Terrible service from the minute we walked in. No greeter. Waited a while for anyone to seat us, even though it wasn’t super busy. Waitress didn’t come for 10 minutes, then somehow didn’t put our food order in. We left after 45 minutes. Manager offered to give us two free meals there but of course, we’re never going back.

Worst Bob Evans I’ve ever been to. 10 minutes to get a coffee after they brought water I didn’t order. And 40 min to get our food. Home fries were nasty and greasy. Eggs were also not cooked right, and the whole presentation stunk. Waitress seemed kinda clueless ? The salt shakers could be used to salt I-94 (large chunks). Waiting to cash out is adding insult to injury after waiting so long to be seated. And then they said they couldn’t break a $100 bill, but checked a different register and cashed me out. Not everyone uses credit cards, so they can be charged 3% extra. We won’t be back

Went to Bob Evans yesterday the manager closed a section down and sent a worker home the other workers knew this because they watched her walk out the door..They set me and my fiancee in the very back of the restaurant with no one else there for 45 minutes. Never placed anyone else in that area..All the white couples that came in was placed in the middle. We were racially profiled and segregated from the rest of the people and the restaurant. The manager walked past 3 times with shock on his face..when we left we still tipped and all the manager could do was say sorry .He said sorry but he knew he had closed that area down so why would the door lady seat us over there.My waitress Stacy was very nice but the tall lady and door short chucky door lady and the tall lady with 2 braids continued to walk past and make smirks with their face.It was uncalled for and I want eat at the W.Mich Ave Bob Evans in my town again.But I did appreciate the manager apology. But I felt like he could have been charged the situation the second we sat down and he passed us before we even received our drinks and say this area closed moved them with everyone else

Im updating a good review from a year ago.
I revisited this establishment to gladly find that they have gotten EVEN BETTER!
The food is a little pricey but you get wha you pay for. We ordered a burger and it was huge and absolutely delicious. Ordered a saled it was huge and delicious. The customer service from our wonderful waitress Kaylie was outstanding she was above and beyond she even went as far as putting in a order for me thats not even on the menu anymore.
The restaurant was very clean even the bathrooms where well kept. Complements to the chef for the great food and to the staff for the great experience especially to kaylie for making my daughter feel so happy with her happy personality and great iced coffee.
I rarely give out 5 stars but this place definitely earned it i would highly recommend a visit even if other bob evens have let you down give this one a try i believe you will enjoy it.

Group of 3 adults and 1 child walked in for dine in on 9/21/2026 roughly 9am stood at the checkin for 5 min watching one worker chew on her finger nails, the manager standing there looking like he was lost, after the one worker finished cashing another customer out finally sat our group down. Again watching numerus workers stand there doing absolutely nothing, the one worker still eating her fingernails, we were waiting another 5 minutes for a drink order, another group came in and got their drink order and drinks while we were still sitting. Our group comes through very often but will no longer give this bob evens our money.
