Bought 4 piece chicken and side of mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was not edible. Couldn’t chew and didnt taste like KFC chicken and was really dry to the point of not being able.to eat it. Attached is a picture of the wing. If I didnt tell anyone was a wing..you wouldnt be able to tell by the product!!!!! Waste of money. Potatoes and gravy were good.

Waited 40 minutes after placing an online order. 6 cars were served that arrived after me. Asked an employee what happened and rolled her eyes. Informing me, they go by the screen. Promptly walked away. Finally got the order and was told my other was given to another customer. This was on February 3rd at about 5:30pm. Apparently, the staff member with the nasty attitude is on probation. Should be fired by now.

KFC in Foley has had a lack of leadership problem for over two years! From the employee hiring, lack of training, zero customer service and no chicken during 6pm dinner times, there is a major issue. Last Friday they never recognized the line of inside customers or apologized to them for having to wait. Since the drive thru was empty, not sure who they were busy with. Manager would not come out of their office to work or manage. Customer yelled to the back to be waited on, and staff replied there was not enough chicken to fill their or any other orders!
A chicken restaurant out of chicken at their busiest time (Fri 6pm) should never happen. Yet, I have been told this many previous visits! The Colonel has to be pissed off in his grave!

What’s a chicken pot pie without the chicken. We both ordered a chicken pot pie today. No chunks of chicken in it. Basically, it was all carats and a couple bits of potato.
We have had chicken pot pies.In other states and they were delicious with chunks of chicken.
We brought it back to the front counter and spoke with the manager, and she couldn’t help us at all.
We would have been happy with a piece of chicken that we could have shared and put in the pot pie. Hugely disappointed. That’s is just wrong.

I honestly believe they stop cooking everything on the menu at 6 o’clock. I don’t think that they know the cuts of meat. If you ask for a breast they give you a thigh, you ask for a leg they give you a wing you ask for white meat they give you dark meat you ask for dark meat they give you white meat. They have a promotion for five dollar pot pies if you go after 6 o’clock, you will not get one. It’s either they don’t like their job or they’re incompetent or both..

My husband just drove 20 minutes to pick up a $75 order. Their phone lines are not working. We received half raw smashed biscuits missing sides and one bucket of chicken. Looks like it has been ran over see attached photos will be calling management tomorrow. Will never ever use KFC in Foley again my order total was over $78. Absolutely disgusting.

I’m really disappointed with my order. All chickens were not new fried, they refried them, so chicken became dry and hard. My wife and I couldn’t eat them. It tasted no fresh and hurt our mouth. I really want to send them to the cooker and let them eat instead.

Three Fast Food restaurant stops in this one trip! This was our last stop. I needed a bowl combo and large nuggets combo. I didn’t realize it came with side. So I was trying to look at the sides and rushed my daughter says just get Mac n cheese! They were out of sweet tea, I am passenger so I couldn’t see the the drink menu well, so my daughter was reading it out loud to me and the girl taking our order yelled at my daughter the whole line of drinks really fast, telling her what do you want she’s on a time limit and she needed to hurry up!!!!! Get to the window and I had forgotten 1 chicken leg (drumstick) just one. And it was an additional 4.35 for this and was hurried to the door to wait for our order! NP but when you work Drive through and you are rude for no reason there was no line and you are the front representative for the business! You hold the reputation in your hands!!!!! Train them better or at least know the difference!!!!!! We(my whole) family work in public service, multiple food, health care, electrical service, and multi property management! You are the forefront!!!!!! Then I get home with this one drumstick!!!!!!! I expect a reply to this!

We stopped here @ KFC in Foley on Friday 8/29/2025. The young man (he was tall)who took my order was very nice, polite and helpful. The food was HOT & DELICIOUS! My order was perfect. We eat here often and this was the best experience. Keep up the good work!
