Don’t go here, service is slow and terrible and half the time they don’t even open when their store hours say. They will quickly give you your order and then move along i just wanted some sauce for my meal and had to wait 10+ minutes in the drive through before I gave up and went inside to ask for sauce. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a panda express.

I have ordered frequently on Uber Eats and multiple times my food has been stale/dry like it has been sitting there for several hours and the food is barely warm. I got a refund today on uber this time because my food was once again stale/dry. The orange chicken. The honey walnut shrimp. My rice was dry and so was my chow mein. Like .. bruh. The food is good but I’ve found lately that they seem to always be out of teriyaki chicken. It’s to the point now where I will stop going there and wasting my time and probably end up going somewhere else instead. This is really a shame because I really do like the food. But in Austin good food is all around and my time is more important than going there and finding out they’re out of what I like.
