The food was good, on time, they put a fork in my bag (sometimes different places forget).
I always enjoy Panda for their serving size and decent pricing structure.

This is a new location that just opened up. The look is different from most locations I’ve been too more decorative highlighting the culture the food is from. Very clean and spacious with a Friendly n Courteous crew behind the counter serving Hot, Fresh, Flavorful and Delicious Chinese dishes on the menu. Overall a Great restaurant to enjoy yourself n the family. Highly recommend it.

This new Panda Express location just opened about a week ago and it is freshly built from the ground up, so the space is clean and everything feels new. Ordering was smooth and quick through the app, which I appreciated. The food, however, was a mix of highs and lows. The fried rice was bland and overloaded with vegetables to the point that it lost flavor. The chow mein had good texture but again had too much cabbage which made it feel unbalanced. On the positive side, the walnut shrimp was delicious and the orange chicken was solid as expected. The other protein options were just average. Overall, I would say Panda Express as a brand has been going downhill compared to years ago. This location is fine if you want something quick, but the food quality is not what it used to be.

Feb 13, 2026. Visited this location for the first and truly appreciated the fast and friendly service. The older Hispanic ladiy and younger Hispanic lady at the food line and cashier station were very patient and kind. The food was prepared fresh before our eyes. The super veggies were delicious and crisp and tasty. O have never eaten here at a Panda Express preferring my favorite eateries in Chinatown Houston. A tasty surprise for my party of 4.

Tony assisted me with my order walnut shrimp rude and confrontational. I told him I wanted fresh shrimp he tells me they were made not to long ago not going back and forward with you so I wait he pour the fresh shrimp with the old ones that defeats the purpose of fresh shrimp horrible service. Then Angelica is at the register I pay for my food have to wait for them to get change no communication finally I look in the to go bag no eating utensils I ask her for it and she looked as if I asked her to jump over a bridge. I was very displeased with service provided. I don’t know if I’ll buy from them again with this lack of customer service

The line there takes forever, I waited 25 minutes in line and when I FINALLY reached the window they tell me it’s going to be a “little” wait for one of my entrees, they’ve already taken my money. I park exactly where they tell me to and proceed to wait another 15 minutes for my food. They didn’t bring it out and I had to GO INSIDE and ask them where my order is and if they even made it. They had it sitting on a shelf and just left it there. This place runs slow, and a simple “sorry about the wait” isn’t going to fix that, nor keep business.

I would not recommend this location when I went it was later in the evening however they had a line almost out of the door food was not prepared and there was over a 40-minute wait with several people inside waiting to be serviced because food was not ready. They had one cook that was working while five other people were standing around still waiting. They just were not prepared for the service

They need to remove Express from the name of this location. Our online order was 16 minutes late and between the drive-thru and other people waiting on their orders as well, it’s clear that everything was behind.
This is a newer location and I’m sure that they will get better but we will avoid this location for a while.
