I come to this location all the time and normally have no issues. However around 1230 I witnessed an elderly couple that wanted to pay cash for their order be told very rudely that they needed to use the kiosk or go through the drive thru. As I tried to explain they wanted to pay cash i was very rudely spoke to about how they don’t have anyone that knows how to work the register except for the person running the drive through. As someone in management I find this behavior and excuse very unacceptable. This is prime lunch time hours and though I understand being short staffed to only have one person that knows how to run a register is absurd. And to expect and elderly couple to use technology that they’re not familiar with, with no help except from other customers is just sad. Also glove has been on table while no one cleaning up the dinning room could be cause for board of health.

Went today (Monday 1/26) and the woman working was so kind and caring. She got our food out in a timely manner and made sure to offer up anything else we could possibly need. A doordasher even came in and she even gave him a free coffee to stay warm in this weather.

The Night Shift general manager and whoever else she working with on January 9, 2026 had that food real fresh. I got a spicy 10 piece nugget and a medium fry. I like when my food is hot and it was nice that my 1min wait was worth it

I’m leaving this review because I felt truly compelled after the service I received from Gianna (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). Her kindness, patience, and genuine warmth were something special. What was meant to be a simple stop for comfort food after a long day turned into a moment that genuinely lifted my spirit—simply because of how she treated me.

Gianna is an exceptional young woman, and it shows in the way she carries herself and cares for others—especially at 11:30 at night, working drive-thru in the cold snowy weather. I pray that management recognizes the impact she has. People like her make a difference. Something tells me God has a great calling for her life. Thank you, Gianna. This Wendy’s offers a clean and welcoming atmosphere, with a cozy seating area featuring comfortable chairs and a fireplace—perfect for colder months, though I’ve only visited during warmer weather. The food was excellent, and I especially appreciate their drink machines, which offer an endless array of combinations. As someone who prefers diet and caffeine-free options, I was delighted by the variety available.

However, the drive-through line was so long that I couldn’t even get into the parking lot and had to wait on the road. Once inside, it took a while to place our order, even though there was only one customer ahead of me—it seemed like the staff was focused on the drive-through. Although I requested sauce with my chicken nuggets, it was missing from my order, but I was able to easily get it at the counter. Unfortunately, they also forgot my fries, so I had to make another trip up front. It seemed like they were super busy, possibly short-staffed. Despite these minor hiccups, the quality of the food made the visit worthwhile.

Ordered two combos and a kids meal, $30. Took about 15 min to get my food, they were out of all of the syrups to make the drinks. Like didn’t even have coca cola. Then I got home with my meal and realized they gave me the cheap like value menu chicken sandwiches instead of the asiago ranch club and spicy chicken. I’m never going back to this location. They were nice but clearly incompetent and out of everything

45 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order and it was still wrong. I had to go inside to get missing stuff. 3 minutes for a spoon. Food was messy, bun was torn as the photos show.

I had to wait 10 more minutes at the door for my food. The lady came out and said theirs manager is making it really hard on them. What in the world!!

I want my money back. And my time.

I ordered 2 Chicken Asiago club sandwiches on door dash and recieved 2 Spicy Chicken sandwiches. When I called numerous times to request receiving the right order I was unable to reach anyone and the voice mailbox was full and wouldn’t take messages. Never ordering again with this Wendys.

Had an amazing experience at Wendy’s in Carmel! Keri and Steven were so pleasant and accommodating. Food was hot, fresh and flavorful! This location has improved drastically in the past few months.
